Horrible app and support
Their app has a lot of bugs, they are removing orders and will deny these issues, and will not redeliver your order correctly. The chat agents are unwilling to help or just couldn’t understand the issues. Bad first impression and will not be ordering from this app again. Spend your money somewhere else.

Unpolished UX
In some restaurants the order form is not fully translated to english, so you should use a translator to know what you are doing. We unfortunately didnt and ordered completely dry Burgers (only Buns and petty, nothing else).
We wrote the support inside the App, they answered quickly, but the decision is pretty intransparent (basically „no refund, sorry“).
The design of the Support Chat is buggy, as I cannot see the textfield when typing nor can i paste a pre-written text.
Overall mixed experience with the App. If you speak norwegian and you dont have any problems, you should be fine.

Horrible
Couldn’t find a driver for over an hour then took another hour to arrive
Riddled with Bugs
Spent 30mins to get any payment working, all kinds of error messages, blank and unconstructed screens etc.
Worst app I’ve ever used
