Ganz fett wird mit dem Gutschein „GENUSS“ mit 60% Rabatt und kostenlose Lieferung für Neukunden beworben. Aber ich als Neukunde registriere mich zum ersten Mal bei foodora und direkt wird der Gutschein abgelehnt. Ihr seid wirklich das letzte! Direkt an die Konkurrenz verloren! Kundenservice ebenfalls nicht vorhanden für mein Anliegen.

Bad experience unfortunately…

Bad customer service — ended up with empty boxes of food and refused a refund of the first order, despite me even re-ordering the food. Would not recommend using foodora. Maybe for groceries but for ordering food from restaurants, it’s a no from me

Foodora Thieves - don’t use them

Food was not ready for pick up. Was told to wait 20 min after the app said it was ready.

I couldn’t wait as I had a meeting - foodora support said ‘too bad, we can’t change anything due to the system’

So they took my money (400kr) and refused to give me any food.

The person at the food place hadn’t even started making the food.
