Impossible to open
I downloaded the app. I signed one time using my personified and now it will not accept my log in. I even reset it. I hate the app because of how frustrating it is.
A pain to log into
I truly dislike this app but I am forced to use it by my job to get money. The app is a total pain to log into and the log in process rarely works without many attempts. It kicks me out often so I’m forced to go through the fight regularly. Once I’m in the app it works fairly okay. But it’s always the same recipes. Nothing new is ever added, so I’m in a been there, done that situation.

Can't log in
It won't let me sign in and keeps bringing me to google download even though I already have it on apple and never used it with google. This started when our school switched from Virgin Pulse to Personify you. Please fix because I did like it when I could access it!

I got this app because of my medical insurance and it’s helped so much! I’m young but have high cholesterol and I don’t know how to cook much so this app has been super helpful for me.
Not allergy friendly
I have severe food allergies that necessitate a lot of home cooking. This app is part of an employee health plan but doesn’t work well for us on a practical level. Unfortunately my allergens are not all in the top 8 and there is no way to add ingredients to avoid. This app would be more user friendly if I could filter out recipes that won’t work for my allergies including which specific nuts are okay vs allergy issues. Ultimately I am aware I can make substitutions and source different ingredients but it somewhat defeats the purpose of having recipes at the ready when it’s easier to use a search engine to find recipes that exclude my allergens. The nutritional info would also change if I do make the substitutions making that portion of the app impractical as well.

Love it - so helpful for meal ideas, new combinations & grocery list. Especially like categories to search that are quite varied - from time required, relative cost & specialized interest (eg diabetes/mediterranean/ kidney/ cholesterol and about 20 more!
