Need’s work!!

The equipment itself is excellent. I absolutely love the M10

My biggest issue is with the app. I’ve seen people mention that some programs don’t use the left and right sides equally, or sometimes don’t even use both sides. If the app allowed us to customize the exercises or movements ourselves, we could correct those issues instead of being stuck with whatever the program gives us. I’m not sure if these are things the developers are planning to fix, but customization would be a huge improvement.

Another thing I’d like to see is longer rest periods when equipment changes are involved. If I need to swap out my bench or make another equipment adjustment, the normal rest timer isn’t always long enough.

A voice-controlled option would also be awesome. Something where you could use AI or voice commands to start a workout, move to the next exercise, start the next set, or continue through the session without constantly having to interact with the phone.

Overall, the M10 equipment is fantastic. The app has a lot of potential, and adding more customization, better equipment-change timing, and voice/AI control would make the experience even better.

Muscles

App is good but not the best ,
I’ve purchased a Force USA C10 with sliding bench, but the App doesn’t support or have any exercises were you can use the sliding bench even though you select the C10 in the settings.

Could be great

This app could be a diamond if you own a Force USA gym. However, it is rarely updated and not improved upon. It is clunky to use and not user friendly. The sessions don’t give you time to change exercises and the instructional videos don’t always give you proper form. Sometimes the videos are the wrong exercise entirely. It seems as though they have given up on the app as they haven’t changed/improved anything in at least a year.

Wish it were better

I have the Force G6. I love the machine. This app is a good starting point. Has shown me various exercises. I wish it offered a complete workout routine. I’d be willing to pay a subscription for it. I do use it regularly however I’m searching YouTube for a better routine using a cable machine.

Great equipment

Equipment is great but the app seems like they haven’t touched it in 2 years
