Bad design
I have attempted to use the app to schedule my monthly payment but it defaults to the current date and does not allow you to choose the due date. If you try custom date the calendar is formatted incorrectly for a phone screen and you cant select the next month.
Worst Company and App
This app/service is garbage. Every month you need to log in to pay and cannot setup autopay until the payment for that month is settled. The service constantly forgets your account exists and makes it very difficult to log in to make a payment. Worst experience every time, and then of course, customer service is always busy or suddenly unavailable. So this will be a task that just sits incomplete until I find time to re-engage, hopefully customer service is available when I am. Makes me hate the brand.

Paying bills shouldn’t be this hard
For a month now it’s been a server error. I have to pay a car payment and you make it painful to do so. Come on man.. Killer customer service. How about you roll back the version to before it got janky?

App works and it fine but when you forget to sign in for about a month it tells you to sign in but have to confirm your identity and it don’t work you gotta call customer service

App keeps on saying error on server and they still haven’t fixed it

App will not let me log in, it just says server error everytime I get past the login screen. It has been like this for a few days and another reviewer from 11 days prior seems to have the same issue
Date due is in correct
While using my Apple iPhone 14 Pro I was attempting to schedule my next months payment but the due date defalts to the current day. When I selected custom date the screen isn’l formatted to fit the screen and you cant not reach the arrow to change to the next month.
Previously Good App
App doesn’t even function now. Cannot login via app, had to use the Ford Credit webpage. Also, makes you “approve” targeted sales cookies option, does not let you deselect in the privacy options.
Broken
App will not let me log in. Keep getting an error message that there was some error on the server and to please try again later. It has been days and no change. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app 4 times and changed from WiFi to cellular service back and forth and nothing works. I have called in to customer service and they say that they are not hearing of any issues with the Ford Credit app…Am I the only one with this problem?
I did use it for 3 years straight to make my payments but as of a few days ago this problem has not allowed the app to work…Please fix!!

Continuous Server Error
The app continually says “Server Error. Please try again later.” This is all the time. My app is up to date.

Can’t use for commercial accounts
Really not a good look! You have to rely on going into a browser, signing in, possibly on an unsecured network, take a risk your info is stolen to make a payment or do it from a laptop. People with commercial accounts don’t have time for that nor do they want to. I really think the pass app and credit app should be all in one but at least if your gonna force us to have two, make it where we can have personal and commercial/business in the same place. JUNK!

Make it difficult to pay them
Requirement to re very id every 180 days is ridiculous. All I want to do is pay on my loan you guys and you make it difficult.
Useful App
I like the mileage tracker. I use autopay but the payments functions look easy to use. Having my lease documents handy in on place is a nice to have even though my dealer gave me electronic copies at the lease signing. A useful , bug free and easy to use app
