New and Much Improved!
Wow! This new app and customer experience is so much better than the previous one. So much functionality at my fingertips. Modern and easy to use. Ford has great interest rates too. I’ll be making more investments soon.

Thank god for the update
I was unable to log into the app. I went on the app store to investigate and it needed to be updated. The difference between the app before this update and now is quite literally night and day. It was barely usable before, with extremely limited features and lack of user friendliness. There was barely any functions to it before— basically all you could do was look at your notes and account balance. Now, it’s way better. There’s face ID, you can see the password as you type it in rather than being dots, and there’s multiple tabs on the bottom to do different things. It also overall looks better visually, more modern, and more similar to my other banking app. Also, before, the app “get help” feature was literally useless and all it had was 2 FAQs and a link to a broken website with ads. I’m happy that the app was updated to provide a better user experience and makes it easy to check my account.

So my account was locked out because it only gave me a couple try’s to enter my complicated password which the app doesn’t let me view the characters to make sure I entered it correctly.
So my account is locked. They give me a number to call, it’s Friday and they aren’t open until Monday.
I get an email saying I can go online and unlock my account, when I try to do so they reject my email and password again.
As soon as I get access to my money again, I’m going to start looking for a new bank to work with. I don’t appreciate I’m locked out of my money for four days and they are rejecting my email even though it’s the same address that their message was sent to.
I will accept a lower interest rate for 24/7 customer service, and website that works properly, FDIC insurance

In this day and age, they must have tried really hard to make an app this bad, but they did succeed in doing so.
Worst Banking App On the Market
You know it’s one of a kind when support says to use your phone browser as the solution. Security is so strong I can’t answer the automated questions produced by some tool based on my life background, and no one can reset the app to let me try again. <insert heart emoji here>
The positive is I will save more due to frustrations with the app, and money will be safe since I can’t log in myself from the app.

This is app is Read Only, provides no functionality
I have a FIA account. I know this is not a Ford Credit app or FordPass app, so I’m not confused. For Ford Interest Advantage account owners, this app is only good for viewing your accounts balance and maybe depositing checks, but I’ve never tried that. You can’t transfer funds between accounts, like you can on the website.
Also, the app forces you to login with a password, every time. You cannot use face recognition. So on top of being functionally useless, it’s difficult to use as well.
It seems like people have been complaining about this app for many years, with no improvement. So if you have a Ford interest advantage account, recognize that you will only be able to check balances and not much else.

App is pretty useless
I wanted to believe that the new updates to the app would make it better. I’ve never read so many negative reviews on any financial app. I understand why. I went in to make a financial deposit investment today which worked fine, but when I wanted to see any history or any details on my account it doesn’t work! At all!About the only thing you can get is the balance on your account. No details. it’s hard to believe that they’re posing this as a functional app. I wondered why I didn’t know about it before now, and I guess I understand why they don’t market it. It just simply doesn’t work!

Ford Interest Advantage
Terrible, can’t see your statements, interest rate. My linked accounts show up so I can’t transfer in or out. About all you can do is look at transactions. But even then you can’t specify which ones.

Why have an app if it has to be the most user UNFRIENDLY? It doesn’t matter if you have the correct username and password, it will lock you out of your account. I’m deleting app...junk!
Hostle app
Treats you like a criminal. Prevents access to your info with endless questions about your background before logging in. They only want you to go to their website. Also does not play well with Quicken. Run away.

Username and password not valid. Seriously?
Downloaded this app because I like being able to pay my bills remotely. When attempting to log in I kept getting an “username and password not valid” message. Thinking it was me, I log into my account through my desk top and have success just fine. So nope not me. Tried logging in again through the app and same error 5 times... uninstalled on my phone. Disappointing.

Must Warn Others - use FORDPASS app to male payments
Beware! Save your time and avoid this app! This app is terribly mislabeled and comes up first when searching Ford Credit. FORDPASS allows you to make payments. Warn others!

Works fine from my end. Like another poster: would have given 5 stars if only I could initiate a transfer to my outside accounts from within the app.

The most unfriendly app I have ever used. I switch from online to paper statements because of the inability to bring up my statements and account. Very disappointed.
