Excellent App. Provide’s whatever you need for your vehicle. User friendly. I’m not that great with the tech stuff. But this is easy to use.

I really enjoyed this app. I used the scheduling for when I’m going fishing. I’m gonna drop off my daughters for the starting. I love that I can monitor my truck. She works at everything like that so it’s awesome.

It was a great app until the latest update. Now I can’t log in and nothing will make it work.
Service
This app should record when your oil life and all other services have been completed. Maybe like a diary where the customer can upload pictures for proof in the future

Remote start option?
Not sure if something else is wrong or what. But there is nothing remote start option for this app. My 2021 f150 has SYNC4 and remote start enabled but nothing shows anywhere in this app to remote start the truck. Reviews seem to be great but I can’t make a positive review if the remote feature doesn’t work. Sorry. It could be me I don’t know. Maybe someone has some insight?

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever used.
The number of times that this app fails to connect to my car is unbelievable.

Great free app
Functionality is great for my 2018 Expedition. Being able to remotely lock/unlock/remote start for ZERO cost is great!

Car is absolutely amazing!
New modem
Installed new modem, thinking I was going to have all the features I had on the old modem then I found out that Ford removed all the features that were actually helpful like telling me when my car was fully charged so if I’m at a public EV station I can go unhook it and move my car so if somebody else can use the charging station. Just an example of how Ford treats their customers.
