App works great sometimes slow to connect to vehicle.
Love the app, but would like more options
Overall I am happy with the app. However I believe Ford can put in more push notifications to my phone or statuses to better assist me rather than forcing me to go into the app.
I would love to see the following:
Light up the disposition of the locked or unlocked feature to show current lock status instead of them lighting up during the lock and unlock process and then greying out once completed.
Allow me to set my own fuel level of concern and Send me a notification to my phone when the fuel hits that level. The car alert set at 20 miles to empty is way too low for me.
Send me a push notification to my phone when any of my fluids need to be addressed.

Bronco CarPlay App
I’ve owned my Bronco for three years now, and the Ford app via the CarPlay display on my vehicle’s screen shows the same message, “Coming Soon! We're rolling out the app in phases and you'll soon see useful features.” for the entire time. When will this app be available on CarPlay? It’s been THREE YEARS!

Broken App
Haven’t been able to log in for months because the login page just spins endlessly upon login attempt. ‘Forgot password’ returns ‘bad request’. App Store support redirects to a broken link. Typical garbage software from a massive corporation that can afford to do better. It’s great when it works, but when it doesn’t work it’s completely non functional.

Nice when it works
Its nice to be able to remote start from the phone. See all diagnostics on phone.
It is not nice to get locked out of your truck for 20 minutes because this POS app decided to stop working. If you read this i highly recommend not using the lock feature to leave the vehicle running because of heat or cold. I almost had to call the cops or worse pay a tow truck to jimmy the door all because this pos decided it didnt want to load.

2D Maps?
Really annoying that the maps default to 2D maps when looking up location. Why was this necessary? And why can’t I change this default?

Works well. Wish there was still the feature on the app to turn on exterior lighting (F150). Would be quite useful.
Ford pass app
Was there a Ford Pass app before this current Ford app? I had recent update still won’t, but app still won’t download. My 2026 Maverick hybrid works great, but app won’t download on my Apple 15 phone but works on my iPad.
Lock Status missing
You can see tyre pressure, charging, schedule departure time - but you can’t see if you remembered to lock the car. You can unlock/lock but that doesn’t double lock the car.

FYI I like the app ,but I get alerts for a misfire and it doesn’t say which vehicle. I have to hooked to the app.
