The app is targeting ads at you from the moment you open it. You have to watch for 3 to 4 seconds before it will go away. This app should be for functionality of the device that I already paid for not an advertisement that I’m forced to watch. I think there should be two apps, one to use your devices that you already purchased and maybe another one with all the other junk in it. They should not be combined. It’s irritating. My mini three came with no directions on how to use it in the box. I literally spent several hours figuring out how to use this without having to use it through the app. I then had to Google and found my answer through a different website on how to shut the thing off. Ridiculous.

Добрый день! Приобрела микротоковый аппарат, но не смогла даже зарегистрироваться в приложении. Все время выбрасывает из приложения. Создать личный кабинет нет возможности. Что делать?
So disappointed
It's so obnoxious to spend all this money on a device and then find out that the developers have made this piece of shovelware that constantly makes me have to close these insulting, annoying, and stupid full-screen ads. Of course I'm never buying another one of your products after this kind of experience, you clowns. Just let me use this thing that I bought and once recommended to a friend who bought one. Never be bothered by you again, okay? I don't know what is so hard about this. This is insulting and stupid. A real luxury experience for the developer and a bad one for the user.

Ужасное приложение
Приобрели прибор FOREO bear 2 go, невозможно зарегистрироваться в приложении, выдает ошибку TLS, что только не перепробовали. Нельзя зарегистрировать устройство и соответсвенно им пользоваться. В поддержку написала, молчат.

Invasive questions, ads every ten seconds, sneaky subscription prompts--the epitome of absurdity. Worst of all, this company locks all their devices behind registration and the app, so you can't use any of their products without pimping your digital self out to the Masters of Foreo.
Furthermore, this app's rating is proof Apple is hiding negetive reviews for some clients. No one with even a modicum of intelligence could possibly rate this app higher than the lowest score.

Absolutely terrible. The amount of ads you see, the amount of data they collect, and the fact that you need to create an account to use A TOOTHBRUSH is completely absurd. Terrible company, don’t use their products
WHY?
WHY do I need an app to turn the vibrate function on on for a toothbrush?? You also can’t delete your account at will - you have the REQUEST deletion and then it just shows pending. This is the most absurd and predatory practice. Im not even sure how that passed Apple guidelines. I’m mad I didn’t read the reviews before downloading.

Edit: the dev response, aside from missing the point, is lying. There is no X to close the ads.
I feel insulted every time I use this app. I already gave this company over $100 for a device, yet they play a full-screen advertisment every single time I open the app that I need to use to control it. I will never buy from this company again unless they fix this VERY soon and have been recommending friends and family to stay away too.

Why. Just why do I need an app to use a hairbrush? Bad on me for not realizing before purchasing, I guess. So here’s how it went: I ordered the brush online and charged it when it arrived, which I expected to do since it’s an LED brush. Went to use it and realized you cannot turn on the LED function for the first time without “activating” it. This requires you to download an app, create an account on the app, select the Foreo device you own, and “register” it. Then you must answer a questionnaire about hair type, skin type, age, etc. I entered BS answers for this. ONLY THEN can you turn on the LEDs on the brush. The app has nothing to do with the brush’s function, it’s just a blatant information and personal data grab. I am deleting this garbage app, opting out of all communications from Foreo, and will never ever buy another Foreo product again. This is insane.
ADDING THE FOLLOWING IN RESPONSE TO FOREO’S RESPONSE BELOW: Your response is garbage just as the app and data grab is. There are no LED settings on this brush that require the app, a personalized experience for brushing your hair is absurd, and people can go to the website with their purchase and product information for registry and warranty coverage if they so desire. We don’t need FOREO to manage the process for us like we’re blithering idiots. As noted above, I deleted the intrusive, completely unnecessary app as soon as my brush was “activated”. If it doesn’t affect the functionality of the device, then WHY is it required? The answer is clearly so FOREO can collect and sell its customers’ data. I’ll say again—I will never again purchase a FOREO product, no matter how amazing the reviews or how good the sale. This is beyond shady, insulting, and devious.

Not Receiving Confirmation Code
I just installed this App, to register (and USE??) my Face Washing Device. I’m not receiving the confirmation code. It times out & I have to keep requesting it. Ugh

Bear отключается стоит выйти из приложения.
Я уже пару лет не могу понять, что с вами не так - почему нельзя выйти из приложения, чтобы Bear моментально не отключился. Ладно без приложения невозможно настроить прибор - 2 кнопки же вывести на корпус - космические технологии. Но приложение, которое не держит связь, стоит его закрыть - это ДНО!

Horrendous
I bought this once a long time ago. I returned it when I realized I had to use an app for a machine I spent several hundred dollars on to wash my face. I just received another as a gift. It’s gotten even worse, no I have to watch an ad when I go into the app now.
Seriously sucks. I feel bad that someone got it for me as a gift. I’m honestly going to toss it.

Ruins the Device
It is incomprehensible to me for this manufacturer to think that it is reasonable for me to have to open an app and watch a freaking ad to use a device that I spent several hundred dollars on. When this horrible app crashes in the middle of a device session and I have to open the app back up to try to reconnect it again and I get stuck watching an ad I cannot fully convert how much makes me want to throw my Foreo bear directly into the trash. I would have never bought my device if I’d known this and will certainly switch to a different one sooner rather than later because the user experience STINKS. Captive audiences don’t stay that way forever so maybe reconsider the forced ads.

The device doesn’t work
The device constantly lose connection and relogin and reinstalling the app doesn’t help more at all!!! A stupport staff sugest relogin, reinstall the app, or just charge the device. A really toothleess recomendation!!!
