Terribly designed app/bad reward system. asking for too much access to your data. Wouldn’t trust them. The positive reviews must be their employees

Wished I had explored sooner
So today after a few years I decided to explore a little bit more about this app, to my surprise - I actually like it very much and can see myself using it every day, seems to o have many cool features and you accumulate points…. For doing what you do every day….. very nice app.

Not as useful as you might think
There’s a big push from the AI to set up fitness goals and check in to see your progress, but there is no way to UPDATE those goals in the app. Which means you can’t get the credit for achievement and you have to read messages from the AI about how you should try harder - frustrating.
Let me try and try again
It would be nice to be able to retry a challenge or goal if I don’t quite make it. If i do better and better each time though not completing it I should be allowed to keep trying until I can move on. I can’t go to intermediate or advanced if I don’t get through beginner. I am proud of what I can do even if its not at the rate of athletic. Remembering there are physical and mental challenged folks in Foresters would be a good thing for the diversity inclusive side of todays lives.
It would be nice to put a challenge out there that can be authorized so when i ask for a photo in a challenge the participants are able to do so.

Error
I cannot login, each time I try it gives me an ‘error unauthorised’ message. Super frustrating.
Foresters Go
App is brilliant, loving the challenges and the health check updates. Have increased my average steps per day and have become more active thanks to the app. The bonus of the points to spend on vouchers or products is so good.

Foresters Go app is total rubbish can’t get it to work on IPhone keep getting error message when entering user name and password and the support team don’t bother replying to my emails. It logs in fine on laptop. Would have put no stars if I could

The app is well organized, fun, brilliant and most of all, healthy for everyone to use and do. It’s definitely keeping me fit, organized and training my mind to function well and be mindful of the activity I am involved in. Thanks for this brilliant creation, Foresters. I just live my Foresters GO app. It’s extremely, extremely helpful to be able to exercise daily and has many other features such as interaction with the people who have joined. It’s such a pleasure to exercise; no demands are asked of anyone. Foresters is my life insurance company and I am so proud of their belief in giving back; on which it is the platform from the time its b is birth took place. Thank you Foresters and may God bless your heart and and endeavors.

Good app with a few bugs
Enjoying using the app especially the challenges and viewing progress against them. The only issue I have is with syncing, for examples My App has not picked up any data from Sunday 22nd even though I was active. Also noticed a few challenges fail to update once I’ve completed them. Hopefully an update will come along soon to fix.

It’s good but…
I’m sure I’m not the only one that has a job that makes the questions seem confusing. I eat at a restaurant bc I’m a chef at one. So yes technically I’m eating out everyday but it’s a healthy salad or something of the like. Again the format is great but the Aida aid is very very very minimal AI keep that in mind.

Glitching
It’s too glitchy I get asked over and over again to listen to music for relaxation 3 times in 1 hour no way to stop it from being sent to me. No longer relaxed.
Motivation
This is a great app. Keeps me motivated to stay healthy.
