app is extremely laggy, you can’t shop for all items in a category at once, ai models, app is difficult to navigate. sucks cause f21 used to be that girl :/

Glitches
Doesn’t show you your order list when you click on it. It be glitching and freezing

It wouldn’t allow me to create an account or log in because I’m in Australia?? It wanted an American phone number but wouldn’t allow me to change it to an Australian number :( so I just logged in as a guest and then found the app just wouldn’t load any images no matter what kind of internet connection or solutions I tried. Disappointed :(

How can I now trust your clothes when you are using generative Ai as models. I’ve shopping on this app for a good while. I’m deleting it, I don’t want Ai models, so disappointing.

So called went out of business and app was down for a few months now back up and running only for online purchases of overstocked inventory . But no payment options.
Again with the “Fat people can’t feel sexy”
The regular skinny women get to have “lingerie + intimates” while the plus size section gets “lounge + sleepwear” it’s a shame

Delivery dates
They have terrible delivery practices. If it says overnight it’ll be a week if it says it’ll be here in a week it may be two! Their tracking service is terrible and needs fixed I have been shopping here for nearly 5 years and scam myself out of money to ship expedited every time my bad for note learning my lesson. Their clothes are nice usually but don’t pay for overnight it won’t come!

I love forever 21 but they be closing the stores. So i had to do online shopping and everytime i search up some things they only have 1 SPECIFIC SIZE and COLOR like it showed XXL And orange but i dont want that and last year i tried to buy things but i didnt have the time to do so sooo now i im tryna find what i wanted to find last year and its not even in the app anymore
