The guidance I needed
Before I was lost in the gym, wondering around picking up weights and working on machines that I thought were correct. Now I have a real plan that adapts to my goals and my time. The instructions are clear, the path is real, and I have seen true progress thanks to Forge.
Great app
Pretty great app. It keeps you consistent, and makes you want to work out. The little videos that show you the work outs are absolutely wonderful for someone who isn’t use to working out in the gym like me. A lot of thought and hard work went into this for sure. Definitely recommend it!
