Disappointing update
First time the apps been updated in four years. Still Waiting for the following.
• ability to send files/images
• live chat (if two people are looking at this chat the other can't see formilla's chats, without resetting the app. This can cause two people to have a conversation with a customer)
•removed ability to copy and past customer details from app.

No Alert
This app will not alert you of an ctive chat request unless it’s open. So that makes no sense.
App shows no chat history
This is so buggy cannot use it. Blank screen for chat history, please fix it. I am a paying customer
Good app so far!
Would LOVE to see landscape mode on the ipad so I can use it more effectively with my keyboard.

Unfortunately I was taken ill rushed to hospital and my renewal was due
Zack and Aaron helped me so much the way you should treat clients I obviously
did not have a desktop computer with me so Zack sent me a link to PayPal so I could pay for two years having done last year just to see if it worked out for our company which it did.
So I paid for the two years fourth visitor to our website I won a nice job and it all thanks to Zack.
I would just like to say a big thank you and a very happy client.
