A big round of applause for proprofs chat for building such an amazing live help software app. It’s fast, responsive, and easy to use. Has helped us a lot when it comes to providing support on the go. It also helps me monitor my agents and how many chats are they engaged in. Amazing app :)

It may sound over the top, but trust me when I say this “it is the best live chat software app in the market”. Never thought connecting with my target audience would become so easy. Really like how we can track our visitors and see where they got stuck. My agents love it and so do I.
