About

Formulate is the all-in-one app for tracking what you take and what it actually does for you supplements, food, and the nutrients that drive your healthspan. KNOW WHAT'S WORKING Most apps just log what you take. Formulate scores it. Every supplement and food gets an evidence-based quality score built on ingredient quality, dosing, form, third-party testing, and brand trust so you can see what's actually pulling its weight. YOUR STACK, INSTANTLY LOGGED Build your stack and log it in one tap with smart defaults. Track adherence with daily, weekly, and monthly rings. FOOD + NUTRIENTS, NOT JUST PILLS Add whole foods and meals alongside your supplements. Formulate combines both to show your real nutrient coverage across the vitamins, minerals, and compounds your body needs and where the gaps are. A SCORE THAT'S ACTUALLY YOURS Your Stack Score reflects your goals and the body systems you're supporting, so the same product matters more or less depending on you. It builds up as you add what you actually need. EVERY PRODUCT, SCORED Browse a growing catalog of supplements and whole foods, each with a transparent score, full ingredient breakdown, dose checks, and a brand grade. LEARN AS YOU GO A built in encyclopedia, research summaries, and guided learning tracks turn your routine into an education in longevity and nutrition. SYNCED ACROSS YOUR DEVICES Your stack, logs, and progress sync between mobile, desktop, and web. PRIVACY-FIRST Your health data stays yours. We don't sell it to advertisers. You can delete your account and all data anytime from Settings. SUBSCRIPTIONS Formulate is free to download and use. What's New in Formulate

1.1.1

August 25, 2026

Your labs live in the app now. Biomarkers replaces My Journey. Add a panel and it sits alongside everything else you track, in one place instead of its own corner. Also new: - Onboarding ends on a stack you have actually built and scored, instead of an empty Home - The tour shows you what you just unlocked - One account, one companion. Your buddy follows you across devices Fixes: - Four log controls on the timeline never reached the server at all. They do now - Home's log and unlog could fail silently, leaving a tap that looked like it worked - Home compared raw stack ids against canonical ones, so some items refused to log - Nutrient coverage reported three different numbers. Now it reports one - Foods published from the web app appear at launch, not after a score refresh - Today's Log is two-up and collapsed by default, with thumbnails on foods
