I love how encouraging this app is! I have a bike and I enjoy cycling and this app allows me to compete with friends and gives me the extra push that’s needed.

Incredibly motivating
This might be the app I think about most on my phone. I normally don’t care about racing and tend to stick to my easy paces, but something about coming in 2nd to Andres has me fired up to train. 😁

I think it’s great how it encourages you to beat your personal best. Running against your previous race certainly helps to make that possible.

I’m not running, I’m racing... against myself!
I started using Forrest with the aim of being able to do a 5K run in 30 minutes. In a relatively short space of time, I’ve surprised myself at my progress.
By simply adding some ghost racers to set some pace targets I’ve unleashed a competitive side in me, focused on beating my previous time / distance.
With Forrest pushing me on, I’ll be sub 30mins in no time! 🏃♂️⏱

Firstly, this app is insanely easy to use and looks beautiful. Secondly, it’s such a simple concept that is, most importantly, brilliantly executed. Love having the ghost racer to pace me throughout any run. I didn’t realise I was so competitive, until now!
