Registration fails
I’ve attempted to register for this app multiple times and consistently end up with an “unknown error” at the final step. No copy-and-paste is allowed anywhere, turning a basic registration into something that feels more like accessing a high-security vault than signing up for an app.
If this is intended to be a customer-facing product, the registration experience is frankly unacceptable. Please focus on what you do well and leave app development to people who actually know how to build usable software.

Why bother
Garbage app, you register you jump through the hoops of registration just to have your account locked out repeatedly, saving passwords why bother they don’t work, you try to reset and get your account locked out. Glad I stayed on paper copies.

Well, you can’t pay your fortis bill through the app. So that’s 1 star, but you can enable dark mode so you don’t get blinded, so that’s another star.
