Registration fails
I’ve attempted to register for this app multiple times and consistently end up with an “unknown error” at the final step. No copy-and-paste is allowed anywhere, turning a basic registration into something that feels more like accessing a high-security vault than signing up for an app.
If this is intended to be a customer-facing product, the registration experience is frankly unacceptable. Please focus on what you do well and leave app development to people who actually know how to build usable software.

Why bother
Garbage app, you register you jump through the hoops of registration just to have your account locked out repeatedly, saving passwords why bother they don’t work, you try to reset and get your account locked out. Glad I stayed on paper copies.

Well, you can’t pay your fortis bill through the app. So that’s 1 star, but you can enable dark mode so you don’t get blinded, so that’s another star.

App is not user friendly
We just experienced a power outage but as per the app, it claims it was planned.
Upon getting full power back, I connected to my wifi and started to navigate the app.
On a page where i have the option to use the app or Twitter, to review safety and planned outages.
When I click to login to my Twitter account, I needed to navigate to my 2FA app to get my code. After getting the code, I return to the Fortis BC app to paste the code into the Twitter’s 2 FA screen. Unfortunately, the Twitter screens disappears and it goes back to the default screen on the Fortis BC.
I tired it again but ended up with the same result.
The second thing is the app is super slow, regardless if I am connected on Wi-Fi or not

Garbage app
Randomly logs me out. I then have to find my login info because it will not pull it from the saved info on my phone. Can’t login anymore because it gives me login errors constantly. I just want to see what I need to pay but I can’t.
Jail broken?
It will not allow me to use the app because it detected that my tablet is jail broken? This app is broken, because my ipad is NOT jail broken.
meter readings
what is missing from the app is a way to enter one’s meter reading like one can in web browser.

Since the latest update I can no longer log into my account.

First use and get an error message when logging in. Not impressed
Cant paste password in
I have long random passwords generated for all my accounts. This app won’t let me paste my password in and I’m not willing to type the whole thing in as it would take forever.
Good - small suggestion
Please allow pasting passwords from the clipboard for those of us who use password managers and don’t feel like manually typing in 40 random characters just to login.

Can’t open the app after install
When I tried to open the app, it keep saying my phone is a jail broken device and ask me to run it on another device. BUT my phone is not jail broken, it is on the latest IOS. What a waste of time!!! Deleted!
Simple and easy to use
Basic app that helps you quickly access your account and history. Be sure that your password only has letters and numbers. I could log into the desktop site but not the app because my original password contained symbols

Registered Gas account but there is no where to further add electricity
