Yeah, so I had the opportunity of having a credit card through these scam artists starting off with a $400 limit ending at an $825 limit kept making the payment kept making payment. I did miss a couple because I was off work and couldn’t make the payment. Got the $400 balance paid down, but it wasn’t reflecting back toward the limit. I called today for them to tell me that they closed the account and if I wanted a card, I’d have to reapply. I had no notification that the account was closed until I called today nor did I ever have any notification that they raised the limit every time I open the app it showed I had a higher limit so my advice to anyone using this card get it paid off don’t miss a payment or they’ll close the account and cancel the card and don’t use them ever again they are a scam. -10 stars if that was an option.

Credit app
I applied for a Lowe’s credit card but received this one instead. First, the application was completed by the employee asking the questions and entering my information. She entered the wrong dob, I received an email to upload a copy of my DL. That is not my fault. She did not tell me that there is an annual fee of $99 which has been charged to my account already. This card will be paid off before the end of the month. I don’t even know the interest rate but they won’t have a chance to charge it to my balance. I never would have accepted it had I been made aware of an annual fee.

Not a Good App
I have had issues with this app for about 3 weeks. I cannot change my password. When I go to the link to change my password, the drop down arrow that is used to send a temporary password ,does not load my information for me to choose where to send the temporary password to. I have tried several different phones and even laptops and iPads and it just won’t work. I have emailed and called to get this fixed. The email basically told me to do what I was already doing and the guy on the phone told me I had to put my username in all capital letters. This still hasn’t helped and still isn’t resolved. The worst part is that it takes this company 3-5 days to post my payments because we can only use bank accounts. Get into the 21st century and offer debit card payments and not from a third party company but directly from the app!!! It shouldn’t matter if this is a low credit score card or not. We don’t deserve to be treated like this.

The card it self is okay not the best… I don't even remember how I got stuck with it I think because I hadn't a credit card in a long time I got excited and got approved for this one. but they take out a lot…. Everytime you chat with an agent it kicks you out. Had to delete the app so many times to just refresh it….d

Do not get this credit card they will not increase your credit line and if they do they will charge you you to increase it
You will NOT like the fees!
This used to be a decent card, until they charge an Acceptance Fee, an ANNUAL Fee, and a Monthly Fee! When your ANNUAL Fee comes up, and you only have $75.00 available credit, your fee pops up and then you have to pay a OVER LIMIT FEE because you won’t have available credit to cover the ANNUAL FEE. It all goes down hill from there. You will be paying interest and everything else for a very long time. They definitely should be investigated for their business practices. JMO

I’m gonna Sue this company, until I have an excuse or explanation!!!
I'm gonna sue their company for damages, because back in 2025, I made a call during which I settled my account in full. I told the representative who assisted me that I wanted to close my account and requested that they send me an email confirming that I had paid the full amount and that the account would be closed. The representative replied that they do not send emails of that, and I never received an email confirming any of this; however, prior to that conversation, I took screenshots, recorded the entire call, and I possess all the evidence.because I saw it coming because he refused to send the confirmation number

Worst lender I’ve used
They will tell you 0% interest, then change it to have an interest rate behind the scenes. Their call center reps are arrogant and not helpful, they will disconnect the call if they disagree, regardless of how polite you are. This company does not do up front business, do not get a line of credit with them.

Bad idea
This company I feel in my own opinion Thames advantage of people with less than good credit, charging high interest then they offer you a credit to pay a portion of your bill as I did but then they want to make you wait 14 buisness days to get the credit, so that’s about 3 weeks and during that time wham they hit you with bigger interest, then I did miss two payments thinking I only missed one and they closed my account without informing me at all, no letter in the mail, no phone call and no email, I can’t wait to pay this card off and I will NEVER get it again after this experience, do yourself a favor and look for better cards like capital one and or imagine
