Like the other person states, I’m not sure why the bad reviews, but I was in town and needed a quick wash and quickly realized I had no change on me and didn’t want to break a $20 bill.. so I saw the sign that says “ free wash” got the app, and got the wash for free in all under 2 minutes. Maybe people are not aware on how to use a phone LOL thanks!

First Time User and no issues
I don’t understand why this app is so poorly rated.
I showed up to the car wash for the first time with no cash, thinking you could pay via card upon arrival. That wasn’t the case… Instead there was a sign referring to an app.
It took me less than a minute to download the app and transfer money. I experienced no issues. The app is intuitive and works well. I would recommend it to anyone.
I suspect that a lot of these 1 stars are coming from people who are not very tech savvy.

Disappointed
I pulled into this car wash (CP location) thinking it was like so many other coin operated car washes with a Credit Card option to pay sadly not the case the company wants you to download this app. Ok I download it, go to make a purchase and there is a pop up at the bottom asking me to log in to use Pay Pal. I don’t want to use PayPal I want to use a Credit Card and I shouldn’t need an account with all my personal data for a car wash. All I wanted was to wash my service truck that will not fit into auto washes. I will take my buisiness elsewhere.
I travel a lot in the region where the Four Seasons car wash operate. And would have been a good customer, had there been an option for no account and direct pay-for-use Credit card.
The app specifically is rudimentary with large buttons and easy to navigate. For what it offers it seems sufficient. Spent less than five minutes navigating the app. Location needs repair: set to “Only while using app” said my location could not be found.

Free carwash
Yes, as with a previous reviewer, the code they send you for downloading the app doesn’t work. Sadly, bay 5 was really bad too!
