Very disappointing experience with Foxtale and delivery partner. I placed my prepaid order on 21 April during sale time and today it’s already 15 May but still no delivery. Every time tracking shows “customer unavailable” without even a single delivery call from rider side. Customer support keeps giving different excuses like “parcel in transit” etc. This is completely unprofessional. I don’t want the products anymore, I want my refund back immediately.

Worst customer service
Please nobody order from Foxtale . I ordered buy2 get 2 and one mystery box worth 499 and the total cost around 1700 I paid they only Sended one serum that I didn’t order I thought it maybe from the mystery box then in app it’s showing all products delivered I tried to connect with their customer service they are not responding at all worst

Disappointing and unprofessional
I had a very bad experience with Foxtale. I received the wrong product, and when I tried to raise a complaint, there was absolutely no response from their customer care service. I have been continuously calling them for the last 3 days, but there has been no reply or support from their side.
This kind of negligence is highly disappointing and unprofessional. Extremely poor customer service and a very frustrating experience overall.
