This app has been “under construction” for over a year now.
Has been non functional since download
I always check on it everyone once in a while, but the app has been "under construction" for over a year now. I would love to see this finished please.

As of June 2025, the app still says “under construction” and redirects you to their website. It’s been about 1.5-2 years of this now.

I love shopping at Francesca’s but am incredibly frustrated that the app has not been functioning for over a year now. Every few months i’ll redownload it to check, but when I open it, it still says “under construction.” Very frustrating.

They shut this app down I guess. All I get is the same message has been appearing for MONTHS telling me to go to their store website. Girl no.

Under construction for months
The app has been unusable for several months.
When are you guys fixing the app
Every time I try to get in it says they it is under construction and to use the website but it has said that for the past 5 months and I really want order from the website
Great place to shop, but still has A LOT of technical issues
I love getting all of the clothes & accessories here! And always have. But when using the app, it never really loads the page when you try to go to a certain section or category of clothes you're shopping for in, for instance, a clearance page. Even searching a particular item doesn't match up either. Which is why I resort to shopping the Francesca's website instead. It's gone way too long for the app to start working again. Every time I redownload it, it still says "still under construction" sort of thing which means they've not yet fixed anything for past 3 years

I’ve had this app for about a year now and it’s constantly saying that construction is on the way and then they’re rebuilding the app. In my whole time having it, I have never been able to even log on.

Not sure why but this app doesn’t work and just leads you to their website. I’ve waited for it to come back but now it’s annoying just having an app that doesn’t work on my phone. Deleting.
