I went to Frank Pepe for my first time tonight. Pizza was very flavorful and the Pepe salad was also yummy. All together it was perfect!

I love Pepe pizza. It is one of my favorites. I haven’t been there in a while. Dying for a delicious roasted red pepper pizza. I ordered it. Everyone was wonderful. The Manager came over to help me to install the app. This time I was very disappointed my pizza was overcooked to the point that It was dry. I got scraps of peppers... It seemed like mostly the skin of the peppers. I know you can do a better job. I know what you’re capable of, and this is not your character! However, I will be back, but just want you to know you have to keep every customer in mind if you want recommendations -

Unable to order salad due to app errors. Delivery was quoted 1.5hrs after order was placed- took an additional 20 minutes so close to 2 hours. Ordered from the app but they used Uber. Pizza was ice cold after being in the uber for an hour due to multiple stops.
