The app outage is worst
I got this through a friend recommendation. The program is great , but twice this year I have seen an app outage- which lasts for not hours but weeks. No information from support as the emails go to a failure delivery. You cannot access anything for weeks straight- and with no communication from anyone.

Awesome trainer
I usually hate online coaching, i tried a few and didn’t really get into it, but this time was different. Fraser made everything so easy with all his feedback and awesome service. The app is Very easy to use, the coaching is awesome as well. The app need some improvements to run smoother, but that’s about it. Fraser gave me some really good meals and snacks that are delicious and super healthy. He even have a section where you write down what type of food you’d like to avoid, and if there’s a certain meal you didn’t like and want to him to remove it and replace it with something else, you let him know and within 24 hours he switches it. Also any questions on your mind you can ask him and within 24 hours he’ll answer you. Awesome coach!
