Happy to use this easy app.
If you have any problems it’s very difficult to contact customer services, there is a bot which makes it rather complicated and time consuming, total nightmare.
Always problems with app
Paying with PayPal never works and every time I try to pay, It wipes my basket. This happens every time.

For love or money if Evri is the option for delivery don't order. No customer service whatsoever after parcel is 7 days overdue

You would think coming from Fraser’s the product and quality would be awesome, but actually it’s sports direct now or studio or one of the other several shops they open and you know that they’re all sized and you know there isn’t a phone number for you to be able to contact customer services as a matter of fact customer services is an absolute nightmare and a joke as somebody who is disabled these people have made it impossible for me to return several items and I am paying interest on stuff that I have never received !!

Why change the ap was far easer to use before
Great prices, great products But …
I’ve spent over £2000 with this app and I’ve had a few returns because items were too big or too small you have to pay for 4.99 for every return I received a damaged item went through the process and just wanted a replacement the representative kept telling me the item wasn’t in stock but when I re-ordered it it was there just to get 4.99 more delivery fee out of Me, they were lying and jumping through hoops real scummy behaviour wasn’t expecting that from a company like this👎

not receiving proper email confirmation and they cancelling orders without notifying or confirming any issue.

Placed orders multiple times that don’t get processed properly and therefor don’t get sent out, and customer service is dreadful and you will need them at some point.
I didn’t receive my order email confirmation
I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my purchase, and the worst thing is in the app there is nothing, not sight of my purchase. The payment went through Fraser Plus and the voucher. Hope they will fix this issue soon and I will get my order.
