Horrendous app
This is the worst app Ive ever used , it is so hard to make a payment to your account there is no way to do it! It looks like the app is now saying you have to purchase something else then you can pay at the checkout on your account! Of course it pops up with messages to say you can do this and that but you go round in circles! No support no help, I’m going to citizens advise, all I want to do is make a payment!

I bought a Nike trainers and I never receive my trainers and I’ve been trying to get my money back but no response from the courier or FRASERS so be careful where you shop, shop where there respect your money!!!

If you have any problems it’s very difficult to contact customer services, there is a bot which makes it rather complicated and time consuming, total nightmare.
Always problems with app
Paying with PayPal never works and every time I try to pay, It wipes my basket. This happens every time.

Telephone for customer
You would think coming from Fraser’s the product and quality would be awesome, but actually it’s sports direct now or studio or one of the other several shops they open and you know that they’re all sized and you know there isn’t a phone number for you to be able to contact customer services as a matter of fact customer services is an absolute nightmare and a joke as somebody who is disabled these people have made it impossible for me to return several items and I am paying interest on stuff that I have never received !!
