Freddy Has Dramatically Improved My Health Workflow with ChatGPT
To the Developers,
First of all, thank you for creating Freddy. I have been using ChatGPT for a long time to help me understand and improve my health. Until now, I had to rely heavily on uploading screenshots of my weight, blood pressure, sleep, and other health data.
Since I started using Freddy, the quality of the advice I can get from ChatGPT has improved significantly. Being able to access my historical health data and compare today’s measurements with previous weeks and months is incredibly useful. For me, this is much more valuable than simply looking at a single day’s numbers.
I would appreciate support for additional languages, including Japanese, although this is not essential for me because ChatGPT can help bridge the language gap.
However, I do have one important request regarding time zones. It appears that timestamps are currently returned in UTC. I am in Japan (JST, UTC+9), and it took me quite a while to realize that my early-morning health data was appearing under the previous day because of the time difference. At first, I mistakenly thought there was a delay in synchronization.
If possible, please consider displaying or returning timestamps in the user’s local time zone. I think this would prevent a lot of confusion, especially for users outside UTC.
Overall, Freddy has made my health-data workflow with ChatGPT dramatically better. I’m very glad I found it, and I look forward to seeing how the service develops.
Thank you!
