I always pick Freddy’s! It’s SO MUCH better than anywhere, and I feed my family of 4 for about 46$ and that’s cheaper than us going to a McDonald’s these days!! Way to go, keep it up! I’ve been so happy with the food every time. And my picky 8 year old is always finishing his meals as well! Win win all the way around

Rewards expire before you can use them
Ordering online is very convenient, but the rewards points expire very quickly - typically before I can accumulate enough to use them. Other fast food stores do not expire their rewards points as aggressively, and I really don’t understand why Freddy’s has chosen to do it this way - it really undermines the rewards program.

Freddy’s has great customer service every time. I was sad when it closed down very excited that it’s back in Victoria my family enjoys eating there every Friday night.
Customer service is no help
I had an issue and I had reached out to customer service multiple times. No one would respond ever and they never helped me. They don’t see very customer oriented and I won’t use the app any longer now.

What happened to this app?
Use to work fine. Now it doesn’t recognize my password. I change it and still nothing. Then when it does work, it constantly kicks you out of the app and it won’t re open

Why can’t you order to eat in the restaurant? Only App options are Delivery or Carry Out. The other fast food guys have this option in their Apps.
Dine in on the app
Everytime I use the app, it will not let me choose to dine in. It is a bit inefficient when I want to order in transit so that I can still eat in the dining room and enjoy the cool ambiance and still be able to meet my commitments on time. Could you update the app to accommodate this feature or tell me why the company chooses not to have it?
