The workers are always smiling and quick to get the orders out as fast as they can even when slammed with people..of course it may take time but for fresh fries and nice hot burger heck yeah I wait patiently!!

Terrible
Every time I go to use this app, it wants me to log in again. Sign in with Apple simply does not work. If I log in with email and a newly generated password, it will not validate the password. Every food app should work like the Chick-fil-A app. That's the gold standard.
It’s okay.
App is okay for rewards. Terrible for online ordering. Ordering system crashes often while selecting items.
Every update kicks me out
Every single update kicks me out and I have to go back through and figure out what my password and user name happen to be, yes I use passwords to get set up, but it keeps making new ones and I have to delete them out every time.

Update broke app
Won’t let me sign in. Tried to reset password 3 times to no avail. App is broken and now I lost my appetite. Remembering why I hate fast food apps. Just give deals.
Unable to login with latest update (6/24/2026)
Cannot login since this new update came out earlier today. “Invalid email or password” every time. I can log in on the website just fine but the same login/password combination does not work on the app. Reset my password and still having the same problem. Deleted the app and reinstalled with the same results.

Updates locked me out
This idiotic update logged me out. Fine. I logged back in, it doesn’t recognize password. I reset. I try to make password what I thought it was, it says I can’t reuse a password. (Which of course I didn’t want to. They just made me change it.) I change password to something else, now it won’t recognize that either. Not feeling any love for this app right now.

Can’t login
New update logged me out and now I can’t sign back in. It tells me my password is incorrect even though it is. Even when I try to reset it, it just keeps going in loops. The password meets the requirements. Very frustrating!

Good experience
I downloaded the app and used it for the first time today couple things I noticed really easy interface for ordering better than most but they’re still room for improvement.
I love the simple 1. 2.
3 order style and easy options to click to substitute other items.
One thing I’d like to see an update for is personal settings for text size.
adjusting the text size on your mobile device does not change the app.
It’s really hard for people who struggle with visual impairments to be able to read all of the information in the app and so if you have 190% zoom set on your phone, it does not reflect in the app😢 making the user experience very difficult.
