No updates
The Frederique Constant watch app has not received updates for a very long time. Both the app and the watch have a lot of areas that need improvement, but nothing has been addressed in ages.

Además de que es un reloj hermoso y de gran diseño, parece un reloj clásico. Sus funciones son pocas, pero lo hacen muy bien.

L’app si dissocia / scollega continuamente dall’orologio, e quindi non è gestibile da utilizzare con le funzioni proposte dall’app

NE PAS ACHETER CETTE MARQUE 👿J’ai acheté près de 1000 euros une montre connectée Frédérique Constant. Bel objet qui ne fonctionne pas ! Impossible de connecter la montre à l’appli sur mon iPhone. Or sans cette connection impossible de mettre la montre à l’heure. Aucune réponse de leur service technique. Une honte.

No stable connecting
I am experiencing a problem with my Frederique Constant smartwatch. The watch connects to the application once, but then disconnects shortly after. I have already tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps and guidelines provided in the application and user manual, but the issue still persists.

سلام ساعت من متصل میشه بعد چند ثانیه اتصالش قطع میشه و دیگه وصل نمیشه چند بار امتحان کردم و جواب نداده نسخه قبلی مشکل نداشت اپ جدید بنظر مشکل داره

Зачем я скачал обновление???
Скачал актуальную версию 12.0.0 и «о, чудо» - приложение перестало работать. Постоянно тормозит и не перелистывает страницы. А вот протестировать выход новой версии не судьба была??? Версия иос на телефоне самая 16, нет никаких причин тормозить и не работать( Позорят нормальную часовую марку(((👎👎👎

Terrible experience
The pairing process is fundamentally broken and doesn’t work, when it did pair in the past on a fluke none of the smart functions worked reliably. The support system is clunky and borders on being a joke.

Deje descansar el reloj 3 meses, ayer que lo quise usar, la app informa actualización de software del reloj, gestione y desde ese momento no puede conectarse, por favor su apoyo, gracias
Not syncing to watch and no updates
The app has stopped connecting to my watch, causing the watch to be unable to sync the correct time and is no longer functioning. There have been no updates to the app in over a year. This watch was a very expensive gift which has now been rendered useless.
디폴트 전화앱 변경시 안됨
통화 내용 자동녹음을 위해 서드파티 전화앱으로 디폴트 전화앱을 바꾸면 전화가 와도 표시가 안됩니다.
기본 전화앱도 전화가 울릴 때 진동이 여러번 오지않으니 놓치게 되네요 ㅜㅜ

Can’t connect watch
Worst app developed by the makers … I can’t connect my watch… how am I supposed to use my watch even I can’t change time without this app also too bad… not worth spending money on and worst experience and waste of spending money too disappointed
Buggy app
Always unpairs and when you pair it just freezes so I can’t align the hands. Please help me.

Just updated to new version and app crashes when clicking on the 3 lines in upper left hand corner. Please fix.
App was fixed the same day. Thank you for your quick fix. Update to 5 star. Great customer service.
Are there any plans to continuing supporting this app? It has not been updated for over a year and getting charging issues. Sometimes watch will not charge unless I let the battery completely drain. Might need a firmware update. I paid over 800 for this watch and concerned that a reputable watch company has abandoned this watch.

Really bad app, it never works !
Awful performance, it crashes every single day. I need to reinstall it at least 5 times before it works, but after a few days it crashes again.

Imaginez, vous payez une montre 1400€ et presque rien ne marche : impossible de régler les aiguilles, les notifications marchent de façon aléatoire, les réglages du bouton poussoir se réinitialisent sans aucune raison au bout de quelques heures… Quelle honte et quel manque de sérieux….
