Bad experience with the interface they have provided in the app.
I had to return one product but that i have to contact them in different platform, i dont know than whats ghe use of app if i have to email you from the app itself, its very disappointing and frustrating while we are app like flipkart myntra and amazon. Product exchange and return in these app are like cup of tea you just tap exchange and there you go.
