The delay was because I was out of town and could only open the package after returning home. I explained this to them, but they still refused to provide a fair solution.
This has been a very frustrating experience, and I have completely lost trust in this company. I would not recommend shopping here unless they improve their customer service and after-sales support.

Fake Delivery
I have already contacted chat support, customer care, and even reached out on Instagram, yet I continue to receive the same generic response asking me to track the order. Tracking information is showing “Delivered,” but I have not received the package.
If the product has genuinely been delivered, please provide the delivery proof, recipient details, delivery timestamp, and GPS/location confirmation. Otherwise, this appears to be a serious lapse in your delivery process.
At this point, it feels as though customer concerns are being ignored despite multiple follow-ups. I expect an immediate investigation and resolution, failing which I will be compelled to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
Kindly treat this as urgent.

Would just recommend people to NOT order anything from DAMENSCH as they are misleading people and looting people.
