Fake Delivery

I find it extremely disappointing that the order is being marked as delivered when no delivery attempt was made and no one visited my address.

I have already contacted chat support, customer care, and even reached out on Instagram, yet I continue to receive the same generic response asking me to track the order. Tracking information is showing “Delivered,” but I have not received the package.

If the product has genuinely been delivered, please provide the delivery proof, recipient details, delivery timestamp, and GPS/location confirmation. Otherwise, this appears to be a serious lapse in your delivery process.

At this point, it feels as though customer concerns are being ignored despite multiple follow-ups. I expect an immediate investigation and resolution, failing which I will be compelled to escalate the matter through appropriate consumer grievance channels.

Kindly treat this as urgent.

Today I was about to cancel my order due to delivery issue but a representative named Sangna has guided me with complete correct information without giving any false commitment for my order. I was very helpful and she handled my query very calm and nicely. Great Work Sangna God bless you.

Worst experience ever

Worst site ever. They change the pincode as a part of their technical team error and now since past 7 days i have been following up with them but they are giving me computer generated replies and even the agent is just giving me rehearsed answers as to where my parcel has landed.
Would just recommend people to NOT order anything from DAMENSCH as they are misleading people and looting people.

Nice clothes, horrible customer care and return process

I’ve ordered a lot of clothes and I loved the quality. I wanted to return a couple of things as I got the wrong size but never managed to do it because they’ve made the return process so darn hard. I must have written 20 emails back and forth all for them to not reply. There’s no way of talking to any one or resolving it which is hugely disappointing. So I’d rather take my shopping to someone who values their customer’s time better!

Annoying music while looking tshirts.

I like the app but the unnecessary small video with the even annoying music while looking at t shirts makes the experience a bit frustrating. Can’t we just stop it or mute it.

Extremely Disappointing and pathetic Return Experience – Please Be Cautious

This has been my worst-ever experience with an online return process and customer support system. For over a week, I’ve been trying to get a simple return picked up from my address. Despite contacting customer service almost every day, each time I was connected to a new representative, forcing me to repeat my issue again and again – with no resolution.

To make matters worse, I kept receiving SMS messages saying “return pickup failed” – even though no one ever contacted me or attempted the pickup. It’s incredibly frustrating and shows a complete lack of coordination and accountability.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially in today’s competitive e-commerce environment. I strongly urge everyone to be very cautious when purchasing from this company – especially if you anticipate the need for a return.

A return was initiated for both orders, and you have returned items from order SO10620582 in response to the request raised for the other, and vice versa. This has caused confusion in processing your refund. As we confirmed via email yesterday, we have verified that we have received all the correct products, although not in the respective requests made. Your refund has now been processed and should be credited to your original account within 5-7 working days.

Size issues and low quality in exchanged products

I have always had issues with the size, they have different sizes of briefs for same size criteria for eg. ‘L’. You always find 2 different types of sizes for ‘L’, one which is uncomfortable and another very comfortable. But when we exchange, the product provided in exchange is always of low quality which will torn out very soon…! The quality of product is decreasing drastically

The best app so far

Amazing quality of products with reasonable price…. the real deal is about the coupons, we can apply 2 coupons at the same time. Delivery is super fast. And response time of the app is bit slow please work on that. Overall Excellent.

Size and quality

"I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a T-shirt in the wrong size, and despite their claims of easy exchanges, they refused to exchange it. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I won't be purchasing from them again."

I will not recommend to purchase from this company and one more thing they are charging 700/t shirt but the quality is not worth it to amount

Product Quality and App Review

I was a big fan of innerwears and was using them for last 3 years. Recently I ordered one boxer and found it very lose. The fitting is pathetic, written size is M but actually it is bigger than L. I tried to exchange it but it was declined saying packaging is missing. I don’t what is missing. Whatever was received with the product is available with me and I shared in the images. App is useless and is not extremely difficult to submit an exchange.

Pricing policy

Pricing is getting costlier day by day as you introduce new products for multiple categories but which are your best sellers at least give some extra benefit for old clients than new ones .. just to acknowledge.. quality and longevity is on point .

Poor user interface

Very poor user interface. The website doesn’t even allow the payment to be made, shows an app error every time. Then reshopped everything on the iPhone app, even in the app, the payment link is goofed up and was completely shut down once I selected the credit card option. Again had to put the cart back, worked the third time.

Good colour choice but stuff needs some changes

Hi i will tell you the true review don’t want you to loose business.
First I ordered harfun shirt it was too good but they don’t have colours in half sleeves so I ordered your shirts bcz you got colour options

I request you to please order one harfun shirt and then compare your stuff with that if you can make your shirts like those then you will do blast bcz you have better colour options

Pathetic courier and vendor service i have ever faced

I would suggest all to please check before placing any order as courier and vendor service working with Damensh’s are not at all serious i have faced serious issues as order placed on 4th of month was not reached to destination till 19th and at last i have to ask agent to cancel and refund after taking multiple follow ups.
So please think ones before ordering

Refund for excessive payment not received. This company is not run professionally.

I ordered for a dress item and the payment was made through Google Pay and Google Pay later confirmed that the amount was credited to DaMensch bank account. Later on another order was made for the same item as I thought my earlier payment was not properly done.( As the payment was not made through the company’s website.).
As I didn’t receive the item ordered earlier, a request was made to the company either for refund or for sending the ordered item.
They wanted proof of payment. I sent all the proof for the first payment made.

But till now they have not refunded the amount due to me.

This shows the financial mismanagement of the company and its lack of professionalism.
After prolonged correspondences for getting the refund, at last I decided not to buy anything from this company.

Most comfortable brand!

I started using damesnch clothes including innerwear year and a half back. This is the most comfortable brand i have ever worn. Also i love the variety they are offering in men’s clothing. I would recommend damensch to each and every men whose priority is comfort with style.

Only app lacks the option to return on homepage in between or at the end of yr cart if u wish to add some items reviewed and feedback given 20 days ago but still no any improvement in app.
Brand had already moving it stage to level .

Best Products.. best innewear brand for men.

I have tried multiple brands like Jockey, Vanheusen, Us polo, Amul, Xyzz, etc. but all of them gets bizzare after a few use but I tried DAMENSCH 2 years ago for the first time when it was launched just to try.. and It is soo soothing experience since then and Its super cool.. Thanks Damensch..
your boxers are also very quirky.. vest, tshirts- I have tried them all and the quality and durability is pretty impressive..please always maintain your quality.. Best regards, Akhil

Best comfort wears ever! I had tried all different brands till 4-5 years ago. They were either too uncomfortable or way too costly. Damensch is as comfortable as the best of them, but at much more reasonable price. The kind of variety they have is also amazing. I keep coming back to the app just to check the new collections they have come up with.

Apart from innerwears, they have really solved for t-shirts, boxers etc. They are very comfortable but still look classy enough to wear casually at home or for a casual walk outside.
