Havent been able to renew free plan since November 2024

Can no longer renew free plan on website. Prompts users to do via app which hasnt worked in over 9 months

Not easy

The app is not smooth and buggy. Auto voice CS outdated too.

Horrible app and service

After 7-8 months of “Internal server error” message, this 2.0.0 version is even worse. If you want to get rid of the free plans, just say so. Stop pretending and waste users’ time.

Ad filled and buggy.

The app is full of ads. I have a free plan which they no longer allow you to self renew. The monthly renew process is broken and you must talk to a person to get the plan renewed.
