Trying to pay your bill on this platform is useless. None of the prompts work properly sign in is improper from the platform to going to use it on your computer.

Disappointed

Wow, the activation process is slow, and there is a real lack of communication its very disappointing. Still waiting on RedPocket to complete port and send the eSIM. Also just paid for my plan and it’s showing expired. Stay clear of this nightmare. The port out process was shady like them.
