I write this as I sit on hold with customer service. I have been on hold for 20 minutes, after having spent multiple hours trying and failing to activate my eSIM. The instructions provided for this with the purchase of a replacement phone for my existing restocked line simply do not work. Disappointed.

App checks Face ID 3-4x during login. It just doesn't make sense to check that many times.
