App checks Face ID 3-4x during login. It just doesn't make sense to check that many times.

They get you to pay for their memeberships but don’t allow you to activate. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Can’t ever get it right!
I am on auto pay with husband. Every month they refill his but not mine! They disconnect my phone EVERY month even though I am on auto pay! I have called in EVERY month! They assure me it will never happen again but it does!!!! Same account, same credit card but can’t seem to make my auto pay work. I am SO disappointed in this inept company!

Need to have where you can hit one button to renew that line for the month plan easy simple

no data renewal date
for a long time it never showed when your plan renews. now, after the last few updates it does, but doesn’t tell you anymore when your monthly data will renew. hey what’s so hard to display both information??? also why isn’t the app using Face ID to login? when renewing the plan the price showed, is never what you actually pay, it’s like 20 bucks more. why can’t you just include the fees and make it the same for everyone?

Good price. Horrible customer service
I have to call every month because auto renew won’t actually happen on my line. They’re vast differences between what you see on the app and what you see on the website. It’s an excellent price for a family, but the company is not ready for primetime.
App is poor quality
Always sign in errors, can’t switch networks inside the app. Best to use the mobile version on your browser.
it is the most scam
i want to port out from red pocket wireless they won’t release my number when i call them they say my number is released but my new company is saying they did not release it it’s been over three days calling them emails chatting with them no help they nothing but a big thief
Cannot activate new line in app
I cannot activate my new line because I cannot see the button to enter the activation code. I entered the sim id and the phone IMEI and then it wants the activation. I enter it but the Go button is below the field and it will not scroll so I can’t activate. I will have to use the laptop.

Extremely poor service
I have had 5 lines with them for 1 month so far and 4 of my lines have been cut off for no reason. My email has been deactivated twice so I can’t log on and twice they didn’t take my payment out even though I had auto pay on and they turned my phone off. It’s unreal how horrible this company is.

I have more problems than not on being able to use my phone for not only 800 numbers, but making local calls. It was fixed once, then it happened again. Every time I call, I have to repeat my issue information, as well as the internal SIM/EIN info. Too frustrating.
Red Pocket Not Bad; App Slow As Molasses and 50% Unreliable.
Update - This app is not even consistent or accurate with current account information that you see when logging in with a web browser. It does keep your minuets/text/data count for the current month accurate.
Today I tried opening the app and it fails saying a network issue. No issue - everything else works fine. Just this app. Password and userid are saved and accurate from previous access. No effort put into this app. Don't load it. Use a browser to be certain of all data including annual renewal.
Another issue is when a new cycle starts it will not start until the end of the day instead of first thing. I mean it recycles before midnight so if you are low on minutes that last day is a wasted day on the plan... big deal.? You decide in your situation.
