Problems
I downloaded this app just for the real time handwriting beautification, but the app gives me error which is idk why, the error is called error 1004 and I can’t use this feature and that’s sooo disappointing. Can you fix this or no?

Было замечательное приложение, пользовалась для учёбы и закрывало все потребности до введения подписки. Не спорю, подписки сейчас везде и на всё, но позиционировать себя как бесплатные, а потом прогнуться…)

"Upgrade" banner ruins the lifetime experience
Banner invasivo para quem já tem plano vitalício!
Comprei o plano vitalício para ter uma experiência limpa e sem interrupções, mas agora sou constantemente bombardeado por um banner azul enorme de "Atualizar para Membro Pro" no topo da tela. Fechar no "X" só resolve temporariamente; basta reabrir o aplicativo para o anúncio voltar. Isso é extremamente frustrante e desrespeitoso com quem já apoiou o app financeiramente. Por favor, adicionem uma opção para ocultar esse aviso em definitivo.
Persistent "Upgrade" banner ruins the lifetime experience
I purchased the lifetime plan to enjoy a clean, uninterrupted workspace, but now a massive blue "Upgrade to Pro" banner permanently litters the top of my screen. Dismissing it with the "X" only works until the app is restarted. Pushing aggressive internal ads onto users who already paid for a lifetime license is highly disruptive. Please provide a way to permanently disable this notification and respect your existing customers.

I got an iPad with a pencil and I love writing. So I wanted something that can be like carrying a notebook around just without buying multiple notebooks. I love being able to create different notebooks for different things. I can type but I can also write.

почему именно сейчас сделали приложение платным, когда в РФ нельзя произвести оплату.
я не знаю какие танцы с бубном мне нужно исполнить, чтобы оплатить годовую подписку.
я бы с радостью это сделала, но это практически невозможно.
либо не будут работать банки, либо слетят годовые подписки.

Uso escolar
Es muy bueno para estudiar. Lo utilizo en mi iPad y es de maravilla haste que ya no pude ver mis portadas en mis notas. No se porque sucede eso si lo tengo plus. Necesito ayuda porque me cuesta mucho identificar mis notas ya que no puedo agregar portadas personalizadas o de la misma app. Y cuando lo hago se ve todo negro, esto me está estresando ya que lo uso para estudiar. Literalmente es mi cuaderno escolar. Necesito que me ayuden a saber porque funciona de esa manera. He actualizado la app, he intentado pero no entiendo porque nunca ha sido así.

I can’t buy a subscription
I’ve always used this application, it’s wonderful, very convenient. Recently I found out that the application has become paid (you need to buy a subscription to have more features). I think, well, okay, I will buy myself a subscription, I don’t want to leave this application. I’m trying to pay, but nothing works. I can’t find a place to contact support. I’m very upset. Please help me solve this issue.

Era muito melhor antes da atualização
Antes era mil vezes melhor que o goodnotes, tinha a opção livre pra usar vários cadernos ao mesmo tempo sem pagar e tals, mas hoje em dia ele tá igual ao goodnotes tem limite de cadernos para ter e tá tendo modo premium que tem que pagar pra fazer o que ele fazia já antes de graça, o que é irônico pois o nome do app é freenotes. Além de milhares de anúncios toda vez que entro, saio ou mudo de caderno. Tive que mudar de ipad e fiz o backup do app e já tinha o login e tudo, mesmo assim quando eu configurei meu ipad e reinstalei o app ele abre com o login mas eu perdi todos meus cadernos dentro do app, decepcionante!

I downloaded this app and it’s good but at least make most of the notebooks free and for the limited amount of notebooks at least make 5 notebooks

Its best in my opinion because its really easy to get used to and uer friendly.
Yea i am re-additing it, i have been useing it because it was free when i found it as a student i needed it with free access, but now it also have subscription which hurts me a little bit as i cant afford it. However, it’s useable and i do use it now too although there is some limitations 😕❤️❤️

Хорошее приложение, но почему нельзя уже вставлять файлы в уже созданный документ, очень важно(((

Раньше пользовалась эти приложением и мне все нравилось, но теперь это просто невозможно все платно, постоянно выскакивает предложение купить подписку
