HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Recently placed several orders with Free Prints and Gifts using the App and have been horrified by the generic, non-customer satisfaction responses that are AI generated or responses from someone with a script. The App was used and the final product added a character which was not what was entered by me. Tried to reorder and the same glitch is there. Nobody willing to try and correct the problem. But they have quickly agreed to me returning the item. Placed several items that are all tied together and will be returning about $200 of product because of the lack of concern to resolve my issue. I have ordered from Free Prints & Gifts for many years and have NEVER had such horrible customer service. Have ALWAYS been able to speak with someone who readily resolved printing errors. Goodbye Free Prints & Gifts! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I placed a Fayher’s Day gift order in June they then reprinted it the end of June and the reprint was supposed to be here by July 3rd and it still hasn’t came. They are now telling me my item isn’t eligible for a refund. I already have low income so on top of my husband receiving nothing for Father’s Day now I am just out the $15. I don’t feel like that is right and I will not be purchasing anything else from “Free Gifts.” I have placed multiple picture orders with free prints so I definitely didn’t expect this to be the case with this app.

I have been using Free Prints for 4 years now and have never been disappointed! The T shirt I designed came out fabulous was well as the many photo books.,As an artist, I appreciate the quality that Free Prints provides. Everything comes packaged very carefully and in a timely manner. I can’t say enough great things about this company! Thank you!❤️

I was very disappointed in my free gift. First time ever,you always do such good work.I crppoed the picture no writing was on it .I got it Facebook on top it was not centered writing at bottom .This was my four great grand babies in Florida ,I cried when I opened it ,sure it was free ,but I paid fifteen dollars for shipping .It wasn’t even centered.

Disheartening
I have been a customer for years and have never had an issue but last year I purchased a memorial garden stone and I am beyond disheartened with both the product and customer service.
This item used exactly as intended has completely deteriorated to the point where the memorial details are unreadable. What makes this worse is the customer service reps acknowledged that it should withstand well over a year however offered no solutions such as a replacement or refund for their poor quality item, they said to just buy a new one.
Very saddened that something so deeply personal could be dismissed so easily by this company and I would ask others to use caution before proceeding with purchases.

Horrible AI assistant
This company relies far too heavily on AI and will lose my business because of it. The AI chat assistant is unhelpful and unintelligent. It told me a T shirt that has not even been printed is expected to arrive tomorrow. The human response isn’t much better and you’re better off using CVS photos for your photo gifts.

I have ordered magnets, cups, socks, blankets, and I swear each time I order something it gets better and better.
Order was wrong
I had ordered a blanket and showed my pictures that I had selected as when I ordered, but what I received was someone else’s blanket. That concerns me because it had pictures of other people’s children name, names, and all of that stuff so now I’m concerned where blanket with my grandchildren on it.

Free picture shapes magnet
I have ordered several photo magnets over the years from you and always enjoyed them, being of very good quality. However the new acrylic type shaped photo magnets have a round magnet on the bag that will not stay on. My heart photo is very cute, but it has fallen off both my magnet board and my fridge several times. I’ve tried to reattach the magnet each time but it doesn’t hold. I am very displeased with this product.

Three Ruined Blankets and Zero Quality Control
Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a custom blanket and not once, not twice, but THREE times the blankets arrived messed up because of errors on their end. After wasting so much time going back and forth with customer service, their solution was to send yet another replacement instead of simply fixing the issue properly or refunding me immediately.
I even paid extra for expedited shipping and still dealt with mistake after mistake. Having to give incorrect blankets as gifts was embarrassing and incredibly frustrating. The quality control is clearly nonexistent if the same order can be ruined multiple times in a row.
Customer service kept saying they “couldn’t fix it” even though the mistakes were caused by their own system. At this point I have completely lost confidence in this company and will never order from this app again. Save yourself the stress and order elsewhere.

There is NO human customer service
Do not buy anything from this company. When I spent $30 to get express shipping and they still haven’t turned over the package to UPS on the day it was supposed to be delivered, it is a major problem. I am also being denied a refund. There is no human to talk to only a chat box. Do not buy from this company.

I purchased the magnet strips and they were supposed to arrive 3/30/26 but they never came. I requested a reprint and they refused. Now I’m disputing the charge through the bank. What a mess!
