UI not great on all phones
The app does what it needs to. My main issue is on my iPhone, the “reserve” button is always under the iPhone menu button at the bottom of the screen so I often end up exiting the app when I press reserve.
Poor user interface
It would be very helpful if you could simply browse seat bookings on a day by day basis and then simply click on a seat if you want to book it - that would be intuitive and quick to use. But it does not allow that - rather a clunky process is used to book. Please can a programmer fix this. Will make a world of difference to the users!!

Worst App I’ve Used!!!
Have to use this daily to book spaces at work. The app it’s totally useless and isn’t fit for purpose. The app takes an absolute age to login and refresh when you need to book a space. 4/5 times the app will crash or hang causing you to miss the booking window. Developers really need to work on the load times of the app and the reliability.

Excellent, simple and easy to use
Very slow, clunky and not thought through.
Why do you have to wait endlessly for the app to refresh every time you need to make a booking? This is ridiculous and the constant crashes are just unacceptable!!!
The app just keeps spinning and you eventually have to close it off and restart then try making a booking again, and by that time, it’s too late and there are no spaces left!!
Also, why can’t all the parking spaces be individually made available to be selected as a preference rather than just a select few and “no preference”???
Why should a user who has selected no preference and drives an ICE vehicle be reserved a space in an EV bay, or someone who drives an EV but wants to park in a regular bay still be reserved an EV bay by the system???
If I want a “carpark” space, that is my preference and should be where the system reserves a space for me. Period.
The smart thing to do would be to give users a primary choice and a secondary choice and the system should take this preference choice order into account when auto-reserving spaces.
The developers need to get their acts together, sort this out and come up with the right solutions as mentioned above which would result in a more useable app.
