Facility 5 Star

I had no issues with delivering to this facility. Security gate workers were super nice. Instructions were to go were clear. Was glad that they had over night parking available. Plenty of room to maneuver. Looking forward to coming back in future.

Speeds up payment, however the lumpers still take 2 hours to bring out the paper work.

Horrible experience

App always glitches, I don’t believe it’s high ratings, probably all pushed up by paid bots. It deserves 0 stars

Slow unorganized terrible communication after hours

Mr

1st using this method aside from other that I’m use to. It pretty much qualifies for top tier applications

Deliveries

Quick service

Too much

Drivers have enough to do without going thru a time consuming process to pay a third party. Let’s get to ex another level. Companies order product from suppliers, let one of them pay these services. Talking to my congressman about these silly hoops companies put drivers thru. He seems to agree with me.

Too many issues just to pay a lumper…

Too many requirements to sign in, verification, picture, the code, everything ONLY to pay a stupid lumper, no need to be this complicated to do something simple…

Great

As for the app, it was pretty simple. On the other hand, my dispatcher was a little slow.

Not easy

App sucks and is not driver friendly at all.

Driver over it

Absolutely trash

Great place for a delivery.

Fast and professional. In and out times within 2hrs

App is fine information communication is not

The app downloads and works fine. The problem is communication. Was told my door. Backed in and waited was given no instructions as to what to do with paperwork. Ai started calling asking why I wasn’t in a door. I was. Finally found a person in the building to find out what to do with paperwork. He claimed it’s in the app nowhere in the texts or nowhere on the app does it give any other information.

Safeway distribution Denver

Had load delivery, was waiting for lumper fee, didn’t give any notification when I open the app again seeing notification 40 minutes ago. Should have had loud notification even if someone closes the app should have loud notification but none even app opened. The app crashes too.

Payments

Some drivers don’t pay…their dispatch office does. This app does not allow an easy and efficient way of 3rd party paying. Sat in my truck for TWO HOURS trying to get it paid because this app is awful. I would NEVER recommend this app to anyone.

Payment gets stuck

Showing paid in my account but stuck and not completed on app. Don’t pay twice.

Owner

App is not super user friendly. Hate the ai

Worst system ever

There’s no way anyone with half a brain would rate this over a1 except the developers and paid reviewers. This app is complete garbage. Penny calls every 5 minutes to tell you to go to assigned doors that you’ve already left. They need to update the app. Make it interactive to where we can acknowledge assignments there. Not with 10 automated calls and messages. Hope they all stub their toes and fall asleep with an awkwardly wet pillow

Lumper fees

They asked me to pay, so I did. They received the payment, but the receipt is unavailable in their app, even though they told me to download it from the app.

The worst experience

Dear Safeway department ],

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a recent delivery experience at your facility. As a professional truck driver, I aim for efficiency and adherence to schedules, and I believe this situation warrants further discussion.

On [Friday, May 29 2026], I arrived at your location with a scheduled delivery. Despite a minor delay of approximately 24 minutes past my assigned arrival window, I was informed that unloading could not proceed, and I was instructed to return on the following Monday.

Upon my rescheduled arrival on [June 2nd], the unloading process took an unexpectedly protracted duration, approximately eight hours. This considerable wait significantly impacted my subsequent professional commitments and personal schedule, including a pressing engagement I had arranged for 6:00 PM that evening.

This experience has highlighted a notable disparity in how time is managed and valued during receiving operations. While I fully appreciate the necessity of punctuality for appointments, the contrast between being turned away for a brief delay and subsequently enduring such a substantial and unexpected wait for unloading raises questions about operational fairness and efficiency.

I would be grateful if you could direct me to the appropriate individual or department where I can formally address these concerns. My objective is to contribute to a more streamlined and mutually respectful process for all parties involved in future deliveries, ensuring that both operational requirements and driver time are adequately considered.

Thank you for your time and attention to this important matter. I look forward to your guidance on how to proceed.

Sincerely,

[May David]
