Since the update, the app gives errors every time I try to report something. This has been a huge fail. It is not user friendly either. Not a fan of this new update.

It’s unusable. Empty buttons, blank boxes etc. You can’t get past the sign in.

The updated version freezes, which makes the app useless. The original app worked so easily.

This latest version of the application is extremely frustrating. When you try to report something, the location is never accurate; even when entering an address, the system often records the wrong place, as if it crosses from one street to another. It's a real headache, especially for a tool specifically designed to address local needs, where accuracy is essential.
Moreover, this version lacks important features that the previous Fresno city application had, such as the option to report dead animals in public areas, damages, and other issues. Although the visual design has been improved, the result is not functional. It's much more efficient to simply call 3-1-1, since the application currently wastes time. Fresno should consider changing its app development provider

Reported homeless people littering and bringing junk into our alley and after I made a service request it was handled in 2 days. They also included pictures after they had cleaned it! Great service and a prompt response.

Since the update 1 week ago, it’s taking five days for Graffiti to get removed and on the old app It was done within an hour. Either it’s completed and the app isn’t updating showing completed or they haven’t got the request at all. Hopefully this will get rectified soon because the app before was really good. Update June 3, 2024. Getting errors when submitting that the 311 system is unreachable. When I chat with FresGo, they say they are not aware of any outages. This happens so many times it’s hard to make over request through the app. You have to go to the website which actually works. This was not an upgrade but a downgrade when they tried to upgrade this app.
Update: 9-23-24: I upgraded from three star of four star because the
OK, app is much better and response is back to normal, very fast. I would give it five stars if they would include an option to report Homeless encampments because of the new law effective September 23, 2024.

Waste of time!
Put in a request last Thursday for a missed pick up. Today is Wednesday and still haven’t heard back from them.
Apparently The City Doesn’t Want Us to Report
This app hasn’t worked in months. It was changed awhile ago but won’t let pothole reports be submitted. I just keep getting “311 not available errors”. I told them about the issue two months ago and they were supposedly aware and it was being worked on. It still doesn’t work. I don’t think the city really want the reports because then if someone’s car is damaged they can claim ignorance and aren’t liable.

Half the time the app doesn’t accept complaints. The other half code enforcement won’t enforce the code.

Trash just like the illegal dumping in my alley
App cant even upload a picture fails every time. This app takes forever to load when you hit the submit button. The waiting room at the doctors office is faster than this app.

This app used to work good before
It freezes most the time it won’t work.
It’s actually so good.
I reported an awful graffiti I saw and it got taken down less then an hour later. I was so shocked. Keep it up guys! 🤞
