Good food - terrible app
Despite having undergone several redesigns in the last year, the Fresh Brothers app remains one of the least intuitive And poorly designed apps on the market.

What a terrible app update. Freshbrothers should get their money back from whomever designed it. My 15yr old could have done a better job.

Improvements to consider
Consider these improvements:
-do not default the pizza size selection. Make Users select it or they will mistakenly order a small
-editing now creates a duplicate of the pizza ingredients. This appears to be a bug
-add back the ability to order da works but remove half of an ingredient from the pizza.
-don’t force me to enter payment info. Let me use Apple Pay

No glitches, no issues, fast ordering, stream lined, clear to read, easy to navigate app 🙏🥰 Amazingly fresh made to order pizzas — an array of options for toppings & sizes !!

Stupendous pizza
We appreciate that all ingredients are spread to the very edge of the crust. “Extra” means EXTRA. When you add to your pizza you can see the difference. Great choices like peso mix sauce, skinny crust-perfect! Salads are creative, fresh and ample. Delivery is HOT. We order frequently. Never disappoints.

Worst app ever
Every time I try to order a pizza I have to start from scratch. No time to elaborate, we’ve been trying to order a pizza for the last 20 mins lol
Still hard to use and unreliable.
Coupon says 15 for any Detroit pizza. I selected build my own and all toppings extra. I select one of the premade pizzas and I cannot change sauce. Also, can’t use Apple Pay with a coupon. App is slow clunky and not easy to use. Another reviewer wrote keeps changing never improved. This is very accurate.

Half order. Full charge.
Half the order did not arrive. Ordered pizza, knots, and sliders. Only pizza arrived warm. Remainder of order came cold and 30 min later. Cold sliders and knots are worthless. Charged full price. That is theft. They kept the tip given in the app too.

Great pizza but bad app
My family loves Fresh Brothers pizza and salads, but the app is terrible. It does not give accurate delivery information, and half my orders end up not being recorded so I never get rewards points for them.

Good pizza but the drinks were all warm. That was a bummer since they are 2.99 each! Every drink was warm, not good but the pizza is well worth the cost and the knots are truly addicting!! You must try!!
App is much better!
The FB app used to be terrible and wouldn’t remember my account or card or previous orders or anything. With the new app I just re-ordered my last order and paid in 1 minute. It’s finally as good as the pizza.

Keeps changing, never gets better
It’s absurd how many times the Fresh Brothers app is changing. Feels like every time I order a pizza it’s a new version. You would think that with so many updates and so much work going into it, the app should by now be excellent? But no, this is the absurdity of it all, it keeps changing but it’s like it’s stuck in this forever weird beta stage where it never gets improved. It has horrible ui, keeps crashing, doesn’t save your info, navigation makes no sense and it just has so many weird bugs. It’s frustrating! I just want to order pizza, simple and fast, same as last time, but repeat orders rarely ever work, my info always needs to be input again, app needs to login every time, the list goes on. Add that to the fact that it’s increasingly hard to navigate and find what you’re looking for (yes the earlier versions were actually better), then this is a joke. Sorry FB, you can do better. A shame, because your pizzas are excellent!
