don’t buy into them. customer service is absolutely horrible, cannot get through to anyone. app does not work, haven’t been able to get my insurance card which resulted in having to pay out of pocket at my dentist appointments WHEN THAT SHOULD ALREADY BE COVERED. a complete waste of money and time and the horrible reviews also speak for itself.

I was told by the person that help me find a good health plan said this company was great. Well so far I can’t even get online to view my claims. When I click on one choice it says I don’t have medical benefits.

unreliable insurer
I chose Friday because they were the cheapest insurance but that usually doesn’t end well. For one thing, that cheap policy went up a lot. And for a company founded by tech professionals their system doesn’t seem to do notifications. i just found out by chance browsing my account and seeing a denied claim that my policy was terminated two months ago due to non payment of a bill that also was never sent to me. and yet they’re still billing for every new month without actually sending me a bill. This might get rectified by my state health exchange but in the meantime I have been unknowingly uninsured.

This company suddenly stopped my insurance and I found big bills coming to my mail, they should close the weak company.
