Nothing is working. Lamp won’t start up and app is blank
App keeps crashing
App open to white screen and crashes and I have to re open it a couple times before it works. The light is great! My family is having a great time
Frustrated customer with so called improved app
Notification are not working! I have tried to fix it but nothing has worked. I talked to someone and they took me through how to fix things but it didn’t work. Please address this issue.
Needs update
I moved and when I plugged lamp back in I had a difficult time connecting. I have one of the first lamps from 2016. Once connected it would not remain connected. I ended up having to remove myself from group I am in. Now I cannot connect back to the group. I will try again today and if no success I will call customer service.

why so difficult to set up
been trying to set up this lamp since january and it’s almost may??!! the app just keeps circling to inactive lamp then i activate it then then it’s inactive. i have a subscription!
App upgrade disappointment
Disappointed that the Touch notification does not appear to work any longer on IPhone 13.
Now when traveling I do not receive notifications of my family touching their light to say hello.
After upgrade I had to redownload the app as well. Didn’t seem right.

I don’t see that it does anything but change colors. No sound to alert you that a loved one elsewhere has touched it. Just have to have it where you can see it and check it often. I’m not sure what the subscription does but hopefully a lot more than without. This wasn’t cheap to be so unexciting.

My husband gave our daughter and I these lamps. We use them every morning to say have a good day, after work to say welcome home and before bedtime to say goodnight. We love them!!!

Buggy interface, lamp won’t even connect
So I was excited to give these a try, but when trying to set up my lamp using the app, you can’t even add or connect your lamp until you buy the subscription, and then after I purchased it, my lamp won’t even connect. I go through the setup process and when I get to the stage where you’re supposed to tap the top of your lamp to finalize it, my lamp goes dark with no lights and won’t respond to any touch controls. On top of that I think the mobile app is in desperate need of bug fixes and UI improvements. For example, when I click on the heart tab on the bottom, sometimes it glitches and the screen goes white and the only way to get back is to force quit out of the app and restart it.
