Virtual card got stopped working suddenly (not expired).
Very Poor Service and Unprofessional Handling
I submitted all my personal and foreign documents as requested, but later they said they can’t open my account due to CBSL guidelines. If foreign residents are not allowed, they should clearly mention it first instead of wasting people’s time and collecting personal information.
Their customer handling is the worst no replies to emails, and they still use outdated WhatsApp numbers or methods for communication. Totally unprofessional and misleading. I don’t recommend anyone to use this app until they improve their process and customer service.

OTP takes ages to recieve
With the new update you have to register again which is a nuisance. Asks for an otp which takes more than a minute (app otp timeout) to receive. Nothing can be done to login now. Stupid developers !!!
Stupid app with no use
Unable to complete a payment which is initiated with wallet id. Useless. Just a fancy UI which doesn’t serve the purpose. Hope someone with brain would look into this and resolve.

OTP not generating
Previous version worked fine from UAE. Now requesting for an OTP and not getting delivered.
Display an error when try to log in
I have tried to log in Frimi New version from UAE. System display an error as “ Connection failed due to internet connection”. Previous version has worked and there is no connection issues when try to log into other apps. Please check on this.
Some features are missing
Overall, the app is better than most of other banking apps. However, the recent update occasionally causes the device to overheat. Additionally, NFC payments are unavailable for iOS devices, and biometric authentication sometimes malfunctions.
Log in fail
After last version update can’t log in to the app. Please fix this as soon as possible, because i do my all the transactions using this app.

App Crashes on Registration
Tried FriMi since it sounded cool a few years ago, the app did not allow for a smooth registration. Traveled four years after in 2023 and the app still crashes on registration. A little too complacent aren’t we ?
User experience is very bad.
Account transactions history view user experience is terrible. Application user experience & interface could be improved better. Takes too long to load app. Also very difficult to reach customer support center.

I’ve been using many banking apps that are made by Sri Lankan banks. But this one is a game changer. I can do 98% of my financial stuff using this app in one click, specially in this lockdown times. Great work Nations Trust Bank.
