About

Four free running tools that work the moment you open the app, with no account needed. And, for runners invited by their charity, a full marathon plan written by a real coach. FREE TOOLS, FOR EVERYONE PACE CALCULATOR Plan your race down to every split. • Enter a goal time to get your pace, or a pace to get your finish time • Marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K or any custom distance • Even, negative or gradual split strategies • Adjust for terrain and weather so the plan matches the real course • Fuel reminders at your chosen interval, with a total gel count • Export the whole plan as a PDF RACE PREDICTOR One recent result, every distance predicted. • Enter a race or time trial and see predicted times from 5K to marathon • Per-mile and per-kilometre pace for each • Send any prediction straight into the Pace Calculator RACE DAY CHECKLIST Nothing forgotten at 6am. • Coach-written items across kit, nutrition, prep, race week and post-race • Add your own items and your own categories • Save your list and reload it for the next one HEART RATE ZONES Train at the right intensity, every session. • Build five zones from a guided max heart rate test, or from your own training diary • Resting heart rate from morning readings, or entered by hand • Tap any zone to see what it should feel like and when to use it • Fine-tune the boundaries, then export as a PDF BUILT FOR EVERY RUNNER • Kilometres or miles across every tool, switched with one tap • Light and dark themes, or follow your phone • Real iPad and landscape layouts, not a stretched phone screen CHARITY TRAINING, BY INVITATION ONLY If your charity has invited you to run for them, activate your place with the link in your invitation email and your coach's plan is waiting inside the app. This part of Full Potential is not open to general sign-up. Once you are in: • Today, the session you are doing today, with pace targets and coach notes • Your Week, drag a session to another day when life gets in the way • Your Plan, every week from now to race day and the two weeks after • Progress, how consistent you have been and how training is feeling • Feedback, tell your coach how a session actually went in under a minute • Messages, ask your coach about niggles, nerves and everything else • Reminders that name the session, not just the time • Works offline on the trail and syncs when you are back APPLE WATCH, WIDGETS AND APPLE HEALTH (for runners with a plan) • Today's session on your wrist, plus the next few days coming up • Start the real structured workout: warm-up, intervals, cool-down • Live heart rate, distance and calories while you run • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for today, or for the whole week • Sessions scheduled into the Apple Workout app, so you just press start • Resting heart rate and sleep read from Apple Health to fill in your feedback • Send your plan to its own calendar on your phone Optional in-app purchase: Unlimited Saves, a one-off unlock that lifts the one-save-per-tool limit across all four free tools. Full Potential is made by Full Potential Performance Ltd, a UK coaching team who have spent over ten years looking after charity marathon runners, most of them standing on a start line for the very first time. Training is here, for runners invited by their charity. If your charity has invited you, activate your place with the link in your invitation email and your coach's marathon plan is waiting: today's session, your week, the full plan to race day, and a direct line to your coach. New in this version: • Apple Watch shows today's session on its own, plus the next few training days, and starts the real structured workout with your warm-up, intervals and cool-down • Your Apple Watch run fills in your session feedback automatically, so logging it takes seconds • Send your training plan to its own calendar, alongside the rest of your life • A full light and dark pass across the app, charity branding included Also improved: • Sign-in and week views now lay out properly on iPad and in landscape • Your plan switches between list and week grid to suit the space available • Signing in with Apple or Google and then setting a password now works smoothly • Request account deletion in Settings, with an email confirming it • Fixed a rare crash on launch Thank you for running with us.
