The App doesn’t work
I’m disappointed that the app didn’t work. I like their web store but couldn’t get past the loading page. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it but, after wasting 20 minutes I gave up.
App doesn’t work
Downloaded the app to use it instead of in browser and it won’t even open. Just sits there loading. I have an iPhone 15 so it’s not that old? I’ll just go back to browser, I’m sick of downloading apps for everything anyway.

Love the art prints
Great quality prints with so many options! I’ve purchased multiple prints for my house and they’ve all turned out well. Customer service is quick to respond as well.
Missing functionality
Are not able to add all color of frames available on the app. Can’t add more than one item to cart- very frustrating
Over priced
Expensive, not any different from anywhere else.
AI generated art
It didn’t occur to me that a company who sells artistic prints would sell sloppy AI-generated pictures. I’ve bought a large format print where all the weird AI quirks you can’t see in the thumbnail are supersized. I hate it. Order and delivery are fine though so 2* for that

I’ve purchased quite a few prints from Fy. The app is so easy to use and the quality of the prints and frames is 5 star. Fy! is my go to for wall art.

Buggy App Dumb App
This app is terrible. It has too many bugs, the user interface is clunky and unintuitive, and there is no customer support. I highly recommend avoiding this app. Matthew Bradley is a dumb CEO who can’t manage a company that sell things well. I think this is very important to mention
Disappointed
I’m kinda disappointed with the app because I love the website. The search function doesn’t work so I can’t ever find anything I want. It’s a shame.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had such a bad experience with FY!
No confirmation was sent out after an order… that’s fine so I gave it a couple of days. Finally it just showed up - all the wrong sizes though. If you order an 11x14 - the actual piece of paper is 11x14 but the artwork was smaller than that. They failed to mention that in any description anywhere. This is simply not how art measurements work. We bought all new frames, waited a long time for them to arrive, only to be very disappointed.
They do not have a phone number for customer service - only a text message option. Good luck though, because nobody is ever manning it. I’ve gotten the same scripted “we’ll email you in 48 hours” response several times now.

Bad App!
I really love this shop - but the app is terrible!! It doesn’t fit in the page properly…tabs can’t be read as letters don’t fit, delete icon cant be pressed in shopping cart if no. of items go too far down…it’s a really odd app….as if it was the homework of a 5 year old if I’m honest?!
