App constantly doesn’t work
App is down at least 30% of the time. Makes you two step authenticity every time you open the app. And can’t change.
Error at log in
After working for me a couple days I began getting “an error has occurred..” message and can no longer log in. If/when this is fixed, can you also make it so I can see all my punches for the day in the app? That’d be helpful too.
Garbage!
This app is garbage, every payday the app is under maintenance. I’m not sure what this so called “maintenance” is because the app doesn’t even let me look up paystubs anymore. I have to go to the website to see anything I need to. G&A definitely needs to hire a different company to overhaul their app. ADP was 1000x better.

Rarely works on computers, never works in n phone. It’s not just the app… the whole company sucks!!
Not as good as TriNet
No info about any benefits (retirement, medical, dental, vision, etc). Have to use the website for that.

App constantly locks me out during work requiring me to constantly log in with a massive password that takes up valuable work time. I dread coming to work everyday and deal with this app that doesn’t work well.—— I quit my job so I don’t have to use this frustrating app!

Love the app
I really like the interface, clean and simple.
Bad app
Logs you out and changes your password. You have to call them to change it. You can’t change it online… you will sit on the phone for an hour and they will probably hang up on you.

Here to give the people an update. App is constantly under maintenance even on the website. This app is GREAT at letting you down. I’ll definitely be inviting the software developers to my funeral in the roll of pallbearers. Just so I can be let down one more time.

No features available
There are no useful features available on this app. I want to see benefits info, Pto balance and requests and pretty much anything else that is accessible via the website. This is a wasted app. Absolutely pointless! So disappointed in this company.

I get that message ever since the last update. Useless app.
can’t clock in
i can only view my pay and the org chart of my company on here. when i clocked in online it told me to get the app so I can do it on the app but you can’t clock in on the app. So why did I download this app? Can’t view my pay until I already got it. So seriously what is the point?

This app did let me change my screen from pay to time off or punch in clock. I just ended up deleting it. Lame!
