Your app is awful it’s like a bunch of 3 year olds designed and why you need so much personal information to pay for parking is ridiculous

Doesn’t allow you to book - comes up with 10p charge which it then tells you is too small

For whatever reason this app even though it’s named the same as the greater anglia GA parking website is not the same. Different to say the least. Can’t use the same login details. Just pointless

App is pointless, despite being registered on website your credentials will not be recognised on the app. Deleted…

Parked after 10am still charged me peak rate which is a total rip off just what you need after Xmas !

I Have an old account, it said password or username didn't match when logging in so I reset password, using my phone and email, still didn't work, So fine, i'll sign up to a new account but then says the phone number and email is in use, so what the hell do I do now?
Limited knowledge of GA car parks
Doesn’t recognise a lot of GA station car parks to allow you to pay. You need to download another app called Pay By Phone. Why? Doesn’t link to GA parking website account so you need to register twice. Why? Can’t set up or monitor Autopay on app, have to use web site. Why? So really this app is totally useless!

No booking in advance
A good start. However, useless if you want to buy parking in advance of trip. App will just charge you from the minute you make booking to departure time - extracting max amount of cash from your pocket.! Just need it to have a start time and date , and finish time and date. If just made the change we would be looking at a rating of five star.

App easy to use, very handy.. car park price seems for the day seems to be like London prices. Would be good if gold card season ticket holders would get some form of discount.

Use your web browser rather than this - at least it recognises your login details. Can’t get past the login screen on the app as it refuses to recognise valid username and password. Absolutely hopeless...
Appalling app
Does not let me access my account which I can from the website. Does not have the car park that I use (Ipswich railway). Does not even come close to the website. Doesn’t seem updates have been made. DO NOT INSTALL this useless app. Accessing the URL (gaparking.co.uk) on my phone browser gets a domain is for sale, although it works on my laptop. I used to have DD on the NCP website for years, now that’s gone and replaced with Dash (awful experience). Does anyone care at customer services that this is all such a. Ad experience ?

So bad
Dash is bad but I can’t even download this one.
Doesn't work even if registered
Somehow Greater Anglia managed to come up with something worse than the disaster that was Dash. Although I am registered on the website the app won't let me logon. This has been a shambles since they moved to Dash and has got worse. Don't bother downloading.
