The app requires current info before you’re able to get new quotes.
Looking and shopping for quotes for a new home but could not get past entering my current home’s information. I do not need to do that so I deleted the app.
Cannot speak to the content of the app past that requirement. If you’re shopping for new quotes, I would not recommend.

WORST I have ever tried!!
For two weeks I have tried to connect on the phone after getting quotes (started a month before renewal!) & got text msgs say they’d call about a dozen times, & told me to call twice (on hood 20 minutes minimum, gave up), had info wrong on my history, wanted to correct & finalize different insurance….& no matter how many times of promises, no calls or anything!! Go with Jerry instead! More reliable & same rates! & THEY call you when they say & within a day! Worst service EVER with Gabi!!!

Don’t use if you need insurance ASAP or want to contact someone
Purchased a new car and needed insurance to drive off lot. Apparently you don’t get insurance policy number until some unknown time. I tried to contact the company no response. Only way to contact Gabi is by e-mail. I will never recommend or use again. Will always tell people to avoid them. Garbage app and service!!!

Terrible/ Non-Existent Customer Service
What happened to GABI? You offered a fantastic, efficient and effective service a few years ago when you first launched. Today Gabi is garbage!
The mobile app hasn’t been updated in a year. The auto insurance quotes you sent me today were all more expensive than my current GEICO policy. When I tried to contact GABI customer service to ask a few questions about their ‘best’ quote from Progressive… they tried to unsuccessfully transfer me to a licensed agent, but their chat session on their website ended abruptly. After three more unsuccessful attempts at trying to reach a knowledgeable agent I gave up. A complete waste of my time!
GABI service is terrible and they don’t deliver on their promise of an easy experience shopping for accurate, affordable insurance policies.

From $45 to $140
I took the time to put in all my info and was quoted at 50. When I received my actual quote they had added a bunch of stuff and quoted me at $140.. instead I went with gieco for 59/month

Great communication and very helpful. Niesha Hicks was the advisor who helped me and she did an amazing job! I couldn’t have done it without her help. She literally went above and beyond to help me get my policy started! I would recommend Gabi to anyone looking to find the perfect insurance company. Great savings!
Gabi is an intuitive app that will save you money. It guides you through a few questions, and also pulls your current policy from your home and/or auto provider if you choose to allow it. I let it pull my home and auto policies and was presented with new policy options for each with the same coverage. Even though I added a 5th car to it, my auto coverage was less than my current policy. My new home policy was also less. In total, I’m saving $1,157 a year on the new home and auto policies.
Although my initial offer in the app was about $200 lower than what I was ultimately offered a few hours afterward, I can’t complain when saving nearly $1,200 a year!

What a great app, saved so much!
I recently purchased home insurance through Gabi, and saved over a thousand dollars. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and very professional. I have already recommended Gabi to all my friends and family. Jorge D.

Classic bait and switch
I was excited when I saw I could save money through Gabi. I was ecstatic when they found insurance for 1300 for the year. The next day I get my quote and it’s a different company for 3500 a year. Why would I pay 3500 when I only pay 1932 now. Thought it was too good to be true…it was
Seamless Process!
I needed a new insurance company and Gabi completely handled it. I answered a few questions and then went to work. Within hours, Gabi had a new policy quote and by the end of my work day, the new policy was in place. Gabi eliminated hours of searching, repetitively entering the same information with multiple companies, and even handled my initial payment.

Don’t waste your time
To sum it up you still have to go to give your information for quotes the app only gives one I don’t normally leave reviews at all but you might as well go to the other websites of insurers yourself minus this stupid app
Very good with some frustrating aspects
Gabi enabled me to save almost $100 per month earlier this year, which was great! It showed be several options for new car insurance and let me pick which one I wanted.
There are two complaints I have though:
1. When updating your driver information, there are two fields without descriptions. They are how long you have been continuously insured and how long you have been with your current insurance company. I had to message customer support to figure this out because there are just icons without descriptions.
2. I recently moved and need to get a new auto insurance policy. I have tried multiple times to get a list of quotes through the app and online (like I did earlier this year) but haven’t been able to. I had to reach out to customer support and this time apparently need to get the quotes emailed to me later this week which isn’t as convenient.

Unusable
Followed the directions, created my account, and uploaded my policy. Then...nothing. It’s been hours (not “minutes” as advertised) and not a single quote. AND on top of that, it won’t let me add my DOB or my vehicle even though I can see where it should be. Waste of my time and dangerous sharing of personal information.

Wow!
I saw the commercial was just like everybody. Finally I figured I’d give them a try. I hardly ever write reviews, so if it’s any indication of how impressed I was, I’m writing this one. Aside from the fact we’re saving a fortune thanks to Gabi, I was impressed with their technology and their customer service. I had some questions before switching and they were answered quickly. They even went the extra mile to help look for a couple of additional discounts they weren’t already included.

Download app. Start putting in personal info. Then the app want me to give it my bank account login and password.
Uhhm, no. I’ll leave that security to my bank only, thank you.
So then I try to upload my insurance as a pdf.
Ok... so now the app is saying that they are searching for better insurance, but my vehicle information isn’t loaded. So I attempt to manually enter it.
Nope. That’s not an available option.
So supposedly the app is finding better insurance for my vehicle without the vehicle information?
Thanks for the wasted time of my life. I’m certainly getting a refund on that. 🙄

Awesome app!
It did not find me savings on my current policy but gave me peace of mind that I currently have the best price in the market. Yay for me!
Run! Bait & Switch followed by SPAM
Figures look promising, ....until you get to an actual buyable offer . The amended final offer turns out a worse deal than current insurance - so no, didn’t take the Gabi offer.
The process was a huge regrettable waste of time . But the real gift if the torrent of insurance spam have received ever since.
Run away - Save yourself a lot of heartache and don’t download this app.

I tried and save $600 a year
I was afraid to change my car insurance but due to working from home, i decided to find a better rate, same coverage. Finally i found Gabi app and decide to try it, so easy to pull my existence policy and compare with 3 other options in the app. Now i have a new insurance and saved $300 every 6 months.
