Maintance requests don’t get attended until your place is flooded they just don’t care I don’t k know why to put them they leave the toilet falls apart. While they are leaving . It’s embarrassing to call them back

So far ive had no problems with this app. Payment goes through, easy to find info, also ease of signing in and out. Very simple not too many settings. Seems effective and havent had issues with it yet. Been using it for a year.
Bugs
Sometimes cannot log in. Most the functions do not work like adding a guest for access or getting package notifications.

Charging 4.95 to send a payment is insane rent is already high.
It's ok
Signing in has gotten harder and harder over the years. At first it never recognized that it was a password box and you had to harder type in your info. Now it makes me go through the entire apple verification system, including a code, just to sign in. It takes longer to sign in than it does to find what I need in the app. The app itself is ok. Except putting in a maintenance request can be hard bc you have to click each category to find what you're looking for if it isn't super obvious, for example, ceiling fan. And even then, I have 2 bedrooms and second bedroom wasn't an option.

I appreciate Gables property management team and maintenance team under better circumstances, but not at this moment they are hard-working people all of them are I would be more than happy to tell anybody that Gables is worth living

Gables will cancel maintenance tickets without actually fixing the issue that generated the ticket in the first place
