App doesn't work properly
Every time I try to use my Sweet Spot Rewards in store, the system never recognizes/finds me in the system whether it's by providing my phone number or scanning my QR code within the app. It's very frustrating for me and the lovely workers who are always kind enough to honor my birthday rewards for myself and my son. It's also usually a toss up on whether the app will accept my receipts or not. I usually have to manually enter the barcode numbers because the in app scanner does not work properly either. FIX YOUR SYSTEM!

Wiped out my points
I had 70+ points and they evaporated.
Rewards
Got the email for the $5 off for orders of $25 or more. Purchased a cookie cake today. Couldn’t login so I had my pw reset then started getting an error msg after reset. I ordered the cake, no $5 off code nothing. Website is also a joke so no way downloading the app.
App doesn’t work
I have tried using this app unsuccessfully. I’ve reset my password I’ve tried creating a new account no success.

Faulty Rewards Scanner
I frequent GAC and would like for my reward points to be counted. An error occurs every time I scan my rewards QR code in store. I always end up having to scan my receipt or manually enter my barcode numbers on the app, but the process typically renders an error message. I'm not pleased with this experience at all! I'm strongly considering satisfying my sweet tooth with Cinnabon or Shipley's instead of GAC!

Missed points
The restaurants are fine and customer service is good. The app however needs work. Whenever I forget to scan the app for points I have tried using the app multiple times to try and get points for orders the same day. I’ve tried the scan the barcode feature and it always says invalid. I’ve also tried entering the barcode manually and get the same error. Please fix this

Several years and same issues
I haven’t been able to log into the app for years. I have reset the password multiple times and it tells me when it is wrong or when it is right it sends me to “the next step” to put in my phone number. Once I put in my phone number it says that is already in use and won’t let me proceed but isn’t that the point of logging in, because I already have an account with my phone number? I am frustrated and there is ok way for me to check the balance which is probably decent since I buy several of the cookie cakes a year.

Guy was rude as heck soon as I entered the door then wasn’t able to comply with my rewards offer also did not want to serve me as well I didn’t like the guy service 👎🏿
Access to acct
The app is confused when trying to change a password, or simply logging on when phone nbr is stored on the system. Can’t log in, can’t reset pwd, and when deleting the app to start over, it hangs with a phone ‘already used by another account’ message. So, can’t use, can’t fix. Locked out forever.
INCONSISTENT
Out of all the rewards apps I own, this is the worst. First, I have been prompted to re-download this app 4 times now over the years, not update it, but completely download a whole new app requiring all new login credentials. Registers in stores don’t always mirror the rewards my app shows I’m eligible for; therefore, I don’t get to redeem rewards I have received. It appears this app suffers from syncing issues. Disappointing. Inconvenient. Altogether frustrating.

Not able to complete set up
I can’t even set up under this new app because it’s saying “oops phone already taken”yeah cause it’s mine and I had the other app. Leave well enough alone!!!!
