Never remembers what im watching
I hate the app but love the shows. It never tracks what im watching not once not since day 1. It never remembers what episode im on. The 10 s speed up sticks. The apps as functional as windows 3.1 thats how old i am lol. Dear god fix it please or im walking. Of all the apps your the most expensive and least functional by far

Not the best
Several things annoy me about this subscription. First I use it on the tv, if that makes a difference. First problem: it doesn’t keep track of what episode you left off. I have to make a note and refer back to it every time I go to watch something on my list. Second, you cant set up the caption background and expect it to stay. The captions are white and if you want to read the clearly you need to change the background color. The part that is really annoying is, even if you watch several episodes in a row, EACH episode you have to reset the background. It has no memory from one to the next. And because of this don’t expect it to keep the setting when you come back to it either. These are simple things I expect a PAID SUBSCRIPTION to fix. Currently, these issues will convince me to stop my subscription when it’s over.

I love the app but I keep running ínto the same issues where my shows I’m watching don’t come up in a continue section so I have to search the show up and remember what episode i was on.
Horrible
I signed up for the app because of one show. I was excited to see there are many others that i like. But it doesn’t work. I paid for VIP and it doesn’t work. It takes forever to load, it gives me 3 shows and kicks me out after 5 minutes of watching if it actually starts. If doesn’t matter if it is tv or phone app. Its happens on both. I’m about to drop this app because at the moment it’s a waste of money. Please fix it!!

Buggy
My problem is no matter how many times I close out of the app and try again it will not work. The screen keeps freezing and the app does not respond to the touchpad movement. 1/10 the times I tried, the subtitle bar or playback speed both could not move away from the screen by trying to exit. I really want to watch a movie, but there no way to navigate the app its like it can’t even register that its open even after waiting a few minutes to provide extra time just in case it was lagging.

Ich liebe diese App nur dieses Vor- und Zurück spulen ist sehr mühselig mit den 10 sek ..manchmal will man einfach mal schneller zu einer bestimmten Stelle gelangen.
Hinzu kommt noch, dass man oft ganz lange auf einen Titel drauf drücken muss damit es sich öffnet.
Ansonsten finde ich es wundervoll, dass man in Europa endlich Zugang zur solch einer asiatischen Film/Serienplattform bekommt 🥰

Just fix it please- don't pay for this app. It doesn't work.
Paid for a bio subscription, but I don't get VIP access. I've noticed on the reviews They have an auto generated message that apologizes and says give them a chance to recover, however the new updated version of this app says that they took care of the bugs and all the other difficulties, but that has still not changed. There are still bugs hard to access VIP even after paying I think they should shut the app down fix it then take peoples money for what it's worth instead of taking peoples money and not giving them what they paid for. I'm not the only person that this has happened to.

No AppleTV App
It’s 2026 yet GagaOoLala devs still think it’s acceptable to not create a native AppleTV app for their customers. They have apps for Android TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV. They’ll tell you to use Airplay yet it is wonky when it works and it drains the battery of your iPhone. I won’t subscribe again or recommend this service to others until there is a native AppleTV app.

I purchased the VIP subscription on March 26. I am still listed as a general account with no access to VIP services.
I’ve contacted GagaOOLala multiple times with proof of purchase and still have no service.

TV App
I really love this app and enjoy all the shows they have available. However, there isn’t an app for Apple TV or FireTV.
Fix the frequent glitches
I love this app and its wide variety of BLs, especially JBLs, but please fix the glitch where the speed menu shows up and doesn’t go away. This happens frequently and is so annoying.
Great Selection/Terrible Playback
The platform offers an excellent selection of movies and shows; however, the streaming performance has been very disappointing. I have experienced persistent buffering issues, even when positioned in the same room as my router, with no noticeable improvement.
Pausing the movie/show for several minutes does not allow it to load beyond a few additional seconds, resulting in constant interruptions. As someone who enjoys rewatching favorite movies and shows, it is particularly frustrating that skipping ahead even 10 seconds triggers continuous buffering.
I believe adding an offline download feature, similar to the option available on YouTube, would significantly improve the user experience by allowing content to play smoothly without streaming interruptions. But I will keep my subscription because a lot of movies and shows are not available on other platforms.

Love the content if i was able to view it
I have had this issue multiple times. I pay my membership and it has it registered in my subscriptions but the app wont register that i have paid the membership and it wont let me view anything. This is basically just stealing at this point and a 3 day wait to hear anything back honestly sucks! I wish this could be fixed because I would like to be able to view the content im paying for
