Minimally effective
The scale is hardly a smart scale. It serves its function of telling you your weight, but getting useful data out of it beyond that is a challenge.
The last app update was years ago and the “latest version” leaves so much to be desired. Connecting to the app feels clunky to begin with, then once it spits out the data you really only have this month’s data being semi-useful. The plots have no dates on them and you can’t go back or zoom in aside from whatever arbitrary values the app picks. This wouldn’t be terrible if the app at least allowed you to export your data so I could plot it on my own (with dates).
In the end I guess you get what you pay for, will have to splurge for a higher end scale I suppose.

Date Tracking would be a huge plus
Please make the date notable for what values your scale tracks over each different bracket; weekly, monthly, yearly. This would dramatically improve this app. Besides that suggestion the app does what it’s meant to do.
Pretty much useless
While the concept sounds great, the app has gotten to the point of being useless. Originally, the app was problematic, crashing at times, failing to connect or not registering the weight from the scale. It also monopolizes the Bluetooth connection when in use. Also, history and trends were mostly useless because a day you skipped taking a weight measurement was recorded as a weight of zero. Am I supposed to take the thing on trips with me???
Now the app crashes every time you try to record your weight, and best of all, my entire profile and history were wiped out. Garbage product, I’d avoid anything by this developer.

Product is a Scam
I wish I could give negative stars. The app is completely useless which renders the scale pretty much useless. The app worked for a few days but hasn’t worked since. It says my account doesn’t exist and I cant get past verification to create a new one because it freezes. Honestly, I think this constitutes fraud because it definitely isn’t a smart scale. I bought my scale about a month ago but from what I’ve seen the problem I’ve had has been an issue for well over a year. The app has been basically abandoned since April 2021 by developers but the products are still being sold as if they function for their intended use.

App is completely useless
Worked great for 2 days then lost all the data and account disappeared. Tried multiple times to create another account but once you get to the verification process you are not able to verify. The app just gets stuck and won’t let you finish verifying. Have tried uninstalling several times with no results. I’m done trying and will return the scale 😡

Subpar
It tracks numbers and puts green or red circles around them but gives you zero detail about what it should be or any other bit of information. Hopefully the scale is accurate. Very disappointed.

Disappointed
A close friend for me the scale which works but the app needed doesn’t. I was so excited to get my hands on this until the App decided it didn’t want to work along side the scale. So disappointing! Now going to return the scale and hopefully find one that has a functional app.
App is not working properly
I have a lot of difficulty creating my account in the app. To such an extent that I want to return the scale since what motivated me to buy it were the options that see the body mass, among other options.
Great, when it works!
This app is great when it works. Nothing beats your motivation down like tracking weight loss and then either losing all of your data or having it not connect and record your progress.
Non functional app
Guess I wasted money on this scale. After using it for months. It suddenly doesn’t work. I have no data to look at. So I reinstalled it and now I cant even log back in.
App suddenly stopped working
This app is very frustrating. It suddenly stopped working completely. I tried uninstalling and installing on several devices and it would not even give me the opportunity to login. I hope this issue is resolved soon.
Bad app
App worked for a couple of months and now that I switched phones I can’t connect to the app or create a new account or change password or do anything at all. Useless app now, but was good when it worked.

Not sure what is going on but scale and app not talking to each other. Wi-fi is fine.

Worked fine for a minute, but then it lost all my info and keeps glitching out when I try to redo it.

Waste of time and money
Got this scale thinking it would add to the balance of my lifestyle. Unfortunately the app doesn’t even let me sign up or verify email or phone number even tho it keeps saying “success.” I truly thought it was an email lag till I tried my number. The scale also starts at 2.0lbs for some reason so I can’t even count on it to give me the correct info just by stepping on it. What a waste. Very disappointed. :(

Pretty reliable and accurate
As much as the first set of results shocked me, I realized it’s a starting point to a better life. I’m not sure what everyone keeps talking about regarding app issues, but in order for it to work you have to give it access to what it needs. Just thought I’d share that mine has full access and it works just fine. I love my scale and app combined!

It’s not working
Not only the scale doesn’t connect through Bluetooth, but the app doesn’t go through the registration process—it stops in a JavaScript error and if restarted, doesn’t retain the information. It may have worked one day, but not after I bought the scale and not with any of the 4 iPhones in my family.
